Definitely my cup of tea because you can taste how fresh the ingredients are and not over powered by seasoning or grease, though it is still very flavorful. If you are someone who likes heavy seasoning, this place might be a little light for your taste buds. The wontons were so delicious and full of ingredients. The beef chow fun reminds me of the ones I'd get in China as a kid. Definitely would come back for more food. I can totally see this place becoming one of the more popular restaurants in Edmonds. Authentic Cantonese food for sure.

You MUST try this place or you will miss out from amazing noodles! Food here is a whole new level of yumminess. They also give complementary hot tea. We ordered several dishes and they were all spectacular, to the point where It has for sure become our favorite noodle spot. I took my 4 year old daughter here and she loved her noodles so much that she cleaned her plate. Will be coming back soon! 5/5 stars for sure!

This is a Guangdong noodle house, the food they served are very authentic Hong Kong style cafe( cha chann teng) items. The pork chop noodle soup is my favourite, they seasoned the pork chop with a bit curry powder, make them taste special and good. The curry beef brisket is tender and portion is big. Even the free deep fried wintons they provide are of good quality.

Saw a giant "grand opening" banner outside so we thought, why not? And boy glad we went in! The place was empty and it made sense. We got there 40 minutes before closing. We don't want to feel rude so we asked if they still allow dine in. The kind lady at the counter said yes so we dove in and ordered wonton noodles and beef brisket noodles soup, Chinese donut sticks and fried curry wontons. The noodles are fresh, the soup warm and delicate. It comes in two sizes, regular and large. The regular is filling enough especially with the appetizers/sides we got. Those too came out warm and delicious. Everything tasted so amazing. Comforting. Like a warm blanket on a cold day. Definitely coming back for more!

We ordered the wonton noodle soup, chicken fried rice and egg roll. All of them was really delicious. I can rarely find a place that provide good chili sauce but the chili sauce here is really good! Place is nice and clean. Owner is really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely coming back!

Exceptional noodle dishes! This place is excellent. The atmosphere is simple but the service is incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell everything is made in house. The wontons are awesome (huge shrimp in each one) and the broth is delicious. The beef options are tasty too. The chili crunch sauce is made in house and super tasty. Highly recommend and look forward to trying more options!

We went there on Wednesday night for dinner. They just opened the restaurant in December, so fairly new. It is a family business, husband and wife run the business that day. The place is clean, welcoming. We order fish congee, beef brisket noodle and curry fried wonton. Congee portion is so big ! Curry friend wonton was amazing!! And the noodle was tasty. We will come back for sure.

Back there the second time. The curry beef brisket rice was not as good as the first, not enough sauce and too strong, feel like missing cream. Seafood Dan Dan noodle did not taste like dan dan noodle, it is a insult to the “dan dan noodle” just call it seafood noodle (that is why the low rating of this time). Chinese donut and plan fry beef flat noodle were good.

nice services and good Asian fusion food BUT if you looking for authentic Cantonese/HongKong style Chinese food here is not the place. Their stir fry beef noodle tasted bitter and over sweet and their sauce was sweet too. The wonton noodle soup was ok but not authentic broth, we had to keep drinking water while having the wonton noodle 😅
