We picked up dinner and everything was good! Food was ready in10 minutes . My favorite was the enchiladas (how do they stay crispy? I live 15 min away and was still crunchy when I got home.

Tacos: asada, birria or pollo. The tacos are okay, decent tortillas and okay meat. The hot sauce is pretty good. Birria was better than the asada. Fantastic beans, the rice was okay. Very friendly and fantastic service!

You don't see that many all 5 star reviews but this place deserves it!! The owner went inside and made us his favorite which was delicious! Every single thing we had was really good. Go here before everyone else finds it!!

Everything was absolutely delicious, made with lots of attention to detail. The chicken was both crispy and juicy, sitting on a bed of perfect plantains with a side of cabbage slaw. The pastelitos will be on my mind for the rest of the week, and the lengua tacos were divine! So tender. I loved the pickled onions and jalapeños that came with everything. Fun little outside dining area, too!

This is my all-time favorite place to get Tacos! Not only is the staff incredible and extremely friendly (keep that, don't lose it!) but the food is top notch. I mean delicious!! I come at least once a week, sometimes twice!

Cozy outdoor sitting with large tables with benches. Protection from the elements. Heating lamps when it gets chilly. Plenty of parking. Food was delicious. Not just another taco truck! I shared the fried chicken which was flavorful and juicy. birria Tacos were very good. Prices are not too bad. Service was friendly. Hours are iffy and hard to keep up with so check before you drive here.

True Honduran food is hard to come by, so this food truck offers a real culinary experience for anyone willing to try something new. We ordered two Honduran specialties, pollo frito (chuco) con tajadas and baleadas. Not only did they remind us of home, but it was obvious that the cook held the spirit of Honduras in their hands and en su sazón.

This is the best food truck known to man. I moved to the area 6 months ago and heard an about it from a friend. It’s now my go to spot for tacos. The staff is super friendly and answered all my questions. They are always happy to accommodate my customizations and offer extra salsa. The tacos and burrito are outstanding. I prefer the green salsa but usually get both. They have some spicy peppers if that is for you. There is a reason they have a 5 star average. Highly recommend giving them a chance when you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed.
