Take back your life seemed cheesy to me but seriously I did TMS in July and as of October my life is totally different. I was barely able to get out of bed and I was so broken. Going all in with Serenity has totally changed my life. I remember around week three waking up and feeling weird and realizing I had never woken up and been happy. Back in June I could barely function now I wake up and I am happy I be alive and able to process my emotions and build Bette habits and relationships. For me it worked 100%. It definitely is a lot of work. I made sure I never missed a day and there were occasional challenges to work around with insurance and finding the right tech and schedule but you got this. You deserve to be happy.

Terrible experience, after making sure they got a pre-authorization from insurance and triple checking that the price would be manageable I started a payment plan. Turns out the insurance charge $2k more, but we only found this out once the treatments were finished. Oddly convenient that we only find out after I was finished with it all. I also was not notified by them, I had to hunt down on my own the reasons why. If I had known it would be $2k more than originally discussed I never would have done it.

First, word to the wise: go in to make your appointments. Don't call, because the building's phone system is dodgy. Not Serenity's fault, but it does take hours because every other company in that building is on the same system, I think. HOWEVER! It is 100% worth it to get treatment here. I love seeing Brenda. I always feel better after our appointments, and she actually listens to me about how whether I think a treatment option is working for me or not. A total lifesaver during this insane shortage, helping me find an alternative that works so I can stay consistent with my treatment. The staff are all sweet and helpful, as well, and fun to chat with. I definitely recommend this place.

I love this clinic! Everyone always greets you with a smile, super friendly! Brenda is such a comprehensive and understanding person you can tell she loves her job and to help others, thanks to her and the medicine she prescribed to me I can now do more of my daily errands and enjoy the world!

Brenda is the best psychiatrist I've ever had. She listens to me, helps me diagnose my problems. And really just takes good care of me. I am both blessed and thankful that she is a part of my life! TMS is awesome as well.

Everyone is so friendly and professional. They took very good care of me, from the moment I called to make an appointment and after I left. Sarah was amazing and she made me feel safe. Great service overall

Absolute garbage. I called to set up an appointment because my old psychiatrist no longer takes my insurance and I feel like my depression is creeping back in, something I've dealt with since I was 13 so I know when I need help, and they informed me that I needed to call back in 3 months to be seen. I could understand if there was a three month waiting list but I was told that they could not help me until I called back in 3 months. They obviously do not care about providing mental health and wellness services, which is strange since that is what they supposedly provide.
