You know when you walk in to Fig & Sparrow its the ambience that makes you feel welcome, sort of takes you back in time, like I am walking into Grandma's house with so many cool things to look at; awesome spices, I am a connoisseur of new spices, and always looking for something new to try, jellies, sauces, baking and unique cookware just to name a few. The owner, Courtney Cottrell, is a sweetheart and makes you feel right at home, showing you the latest and greatest things she has added to her large variety of awesomeness. Taking the time to show you some of the many unique quality BBQ & barware, and garden accessories she has to offer. This place is a gem. You gotta check it out. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something different for a gift.

I love shopping Fig and Sparrow! Products are amazing. I’ve purchased a number of items and love them all, but especially love my polished cast iron. The customer service is incredible in the store and online too. I’m waiting for Smithy to offer a lid for my cast iron skillet. Courtney recently sent me a quick email to say she hadn’t forgotten me, just not offered yet. I feel certain when they do offer it, I’ll get that notice.

I absolutely loved this brand new store! The atmosphere is so warm and homey. Everything in here would be a perfect gift, or a nice treat for yourself! The owner is so sweet and accommodating as well. If you're looking for any kitchen goods on the more unique side definitely give them a look! The baking pans with little plants in the design are awesome and the spices are to die for! Definitely would recommend stopping in.

I purchased some of the off the shelf seasonings (beef base and Habanero pepper Powder) from the store and they have become and absolute staple in most of my dishes. Great deep flavor very intentional and makes any dish pop highly recommend giving them a try!

We recently discovered Fig and Sparrow in St Charles and have been back a few times. Wonderful place to find high quality local items for your home. I love cooking and baking and Courtney has shown me some great new foods and tools to make both more pleasurable. Beautiful shop with extremely friendly staff. We stop in frequently. Love the selection of Nordic Ware and have picked up a few selections.
