This place is a circus and a sad joke. I must express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the quality of care and representation provided by the individuals involved in this system. In my experience, it was evident that the social workers tasked with protecting children and conducting investigations did not fulfill their duties adequately. Moreover, the judges overseeing these cases seemed to be deeply entrenched in corruption, casting doubt on their ability to make fair and unbiased decisions. It is truly disheartening to witness the negligence displayed by social workers within this system, as their actions often go unchecked. Meanwhile, it is the parents who bear the brunt of increasingly stringent laws and regulations. The way in which these professionals harass individuals and mishandle children is deeply saddening and raises serious concerns about their competence. Incredibly, it seems that evidence is either ignored or unquestioningly accepted, leading one to question the integrity of this entire system. Rather than being dedicated to their responsibilities, it feels more like a social club for those involved. One specific incident involving my children's attorney, Rebecca Harkness, left me appalled. It became apparent that she attempted to manipulate my son into retracting his allegations, all for the sake of furthering her own agenda. Even worse, she falsely claimed that my children were afraid of me, influencing the judge's decision to separate us, despite my children expressing their desire to return home. Additionally, I cannot ignore the unsettling vibes I received from Ms. Harkness, as her demeanor and actions seemed to indicate a racial bias. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and only further undermines the legitimacy of this system. Overall, it is with great regret that I must discredit the ability of these individuals to effectively represent the well-being of children. I strongly urge anyone who feels that false evidence has been planted in their case by social workers to file a complaint and hold them accountable for their actions.

This Courthouse is a joke. All corrupted and do not protect the children. The best interest of the children is not even considered. The absentee mother makes allegations, does not complete court order case plan, test positive for drugs, and does not participate with weekly testing will still receive full custody. DCFS workers lies on about you in court documents, falsify statements, information and testimonies, commit perjury on court documents, and defame you as a parent, will not follow court order themselves, but the judge will side with DCFS. Judge Linda Sun, just side with DCFS recommendation without even giving the accuse a chance to speak or explain. Even if you completed your case plan if you are the accuse parent you automatically lost custody, but the court and DCFS will have the case go for a year or 18 months. DCFS and children's court is a corrupted organization.

May we please have our custody back? God says righteous will prosper and evil will banish. Please imagine how much you can accomplish by giving children back to their parents who worked so hard to make behavior change and progress. Our incidents was 2 years ago, let me reassure you we are sorry, and we have changed, we have learned from our mistakes and we promise child well being is at home with mom and dad for the best interest of our daughter. Amen. Please God give us our custody back. Please pray for us Virgin Mary that we may be worthy of forgiveness and trust. Amen

this place is for the birds. they against the good dads who do the right things like a real parent should be doing. They want to tear your heart out and keep coming up with reasons of keeping ur children away. now they want to do a restraining order haven't seen my 2 lil girls in months. they take my girls from me and gave them to there mother who disappeared and left them for 6 months and plus she has 4 other cases of hitting her children and they say I'm the bad guy for my actions of not doing there services the Service that are all federally funded that cps gets paid for are to be offered not forced down our throats. parents ultimately make the decision on what services if any parents feel what is in the best interest of the child room 422 with that lady byrdsinger she don't like men ive got no way to win in that court room

Don't even get me started, the judge here is a joke you come in with all the factual proof and paperwork obviously showing that you're taking the case and the allegation serious only for him to put together what he think transpires and go with that as well as hearsay theories. It's almost a joke of you even wasting your time coming in if you can't even get a moment to speak and explain the facts you have in front of you and get treated like every case is the same. That Court will try to make you out to be the perpetrator and do everything in their power to prolong the process of you getting your children back. This court has no compassion and treats it just like a job nothing more and wonder why people end up losing their minds.

I don't kniw how to describe the feeling i get every time we come here but today was different Hopefully we don't have to come back But thank you for every single person that is working hard and dedicated to take care or our children and for making sure they are safe and well taken care off

This place has left me with nothing but negative memories, ones that I would rather forget but find impossible to do so. I endured a traumatic period here when my parents, unfortunately, were taken into custody. During that time, my father's voice was barely heard, and his presence was sorely missed. He was a figure of comfort for me, and his absence only added to the pain. Along with my sibling and mother, I was taken away and placed into foster care, a system that was meant to be a refuge but proved to be another source of distress. We were forced to spend what felt like an eternity, but in reality, were only several months, in the care of strangers. The pain of this experience was only exacerbated by the fact that one of the foster parents didn't treat me with the kindness and care that a child should receive. Instead, I was subjected to abuse, a fact that was conveniently overlooked by those who were supposed to protect me. I can only hope that this place, which has caused so much pain and suffering, is permanently shut down, so that no other child experiences the horrors that I did.

I’ve been coming here since 2009 I am not an employee I am a parent . Once you get into dcfs hands you’ll never get out the only thing I’ve done is continue to have child after child so now there is a chance to make a new case . My youngest is 3 my oldest is 15 Judge Brett Bianco dept 416 just told me this morning “mother needs to step it up especially since ___ is only 3 years old we could potentially be in your lives for the next 15 years “ sounded like a threat to me I’m not sure . I have complied with everything asked of me . There isn’t an order I haven’t followed .

Nothing negative to say about the judge court room staff, lawyers nor the officers all were beautiful however the front door security also the older lady in the parking structure are the worst here I am trying to do a good thing and these two departments treat me the worst the older lady that working cashier this morning is so unprofessional today she told me it didn’t matter how I felt about her behavior or attitude Los Angeles county do better had an awesome day till I was leaving and had to deal with her nonsense and unprofessionalism.
