I've been to several different bridal boutiques but nothing truly compares to The Bridal Finery. The Bridal Finery provides such a custom and personal experience for their brides. When I first made my appointment, Roberta made the effort to get to know me and get to know my style. She did her research, and told me that they are very good at getting their brides to find their dress within the first 3 dresses. When I got to the appointment, she had 3 dresses she wanted to try on, alleviating the stress of having to flip through dresses on the rack. As soon as I put on the first dress, I was immediately in tears. My mom, my sister, and my best friend were all tearing up. I tried on a couple more dresses but the first dress really had my heart. From there, The bridal finery guided me through the styling process (veil, jewelry, shows, undergarments, you name it!). They are so warm, personal, and flexible to my needs. I couldn't have asked for a smoother dress shopping/styling experience. Everyone needs to stop flipping through bridal dress racks and come to Bridal Finery! The quality of their dress, accessories, and alterations are unmatched! They have such an eye in bridal styling where they accommodate not just what is in, but what is best fit for the bride. I will never stop talking about how wonderful they are.

The staff here goes above and beyond. Tali not only made me feel like royalty during my dress shopping but I could text her quick questions after I left. The women at The Bridal Finery make the bridal gown and accessory buying experience truly exceptional. I went to 4 different stores in Tampa before my research took me all the way over to Orlando. While it was a bit of a hike, the women behind this store are worth it. I had the pleasure of working with Roberta, who is so kind, calm, fashion forward and knows the industry and their inventory so well. I did my dress buying experience solo because I had landed on The Bridal Finery after my family came in town to find the dress. Roberta immediately went into overdrive taking photos and videos to share, allowed for private time on my phone to chat directly with my mom and brought the 'mom' tips to help me showcase the dresses long distance. She is the reason I was able to land on a dress, and she was so patient with me (I am very indecisive!!). By the end of my try-on Roberta was not only the woman that helped me find my dress, but she was a friend!! It was a no-brainer to come back for my veil shopping and she even found the perfect jewelry to match my look. If my schedule allowed I would have also done my alterations there and highly recommend all brides consider that. You cannot replace the expertise the team has on these gowns. I also worked with Bri during my veil session and Tali for my final try-on who are equally as wonderful, sweet and knowledgeable. I can't recommend TBF enough; they will make your dress buying experience a fairytale.

Bridal Finery provides the BEST first dress shopping experience! They have a beautiful high quality designer collection. Roberta reached out to be the day before to learn more about me and my wedding vision, and during the first 10 minutes of my appointment, she sat down and got to know me better, and that was all it took for her to fully know me, my style and what I would love and feel comfortable in! Roberta was extremely patient with me, allowed me time to think about the dresses I tried on, helped me get in and out of the dresses that no other bridal shop did, and made me feel so important and special! I 100000% recommend Bridal Finery, especially Roberta!!

Dress shopping is a memory I will never forget and finding the perfect one to say YES to is easy at the Bridal Finery! The Bridal Finery is unlike any other bridal shop in Orlando. They offer so many different styles from world wide designers as well as accessories for all your wedding day needs. I went in with an open mind and did not have a “dream dress” in mind. My stylist, Bri put me in an Ines De Santo gown with lace detailing that was unlike any other wedding dress I had ever seen and more importantly fit my vision for our modern and romantic wedding at the Four Season’s in Orlando. Bri also texted me throughout the whole process giving me updates on my custom ordered veil, earrings and even just to check in on how wedding planning was going which was a nice touch that I know I wouldn’t have received anywhere else. Bri and the other girls (Tali and Roberta) have an eye for style and fashion and guide you along the whole process from recommending proper under garments, hair styles, accessories as well as being with you for fittings which are done in their private alterations boutique. Sarah is highly skilled with alterations and also helped alter my Mom’s gown for the big day. This was an experience I will never forget going through with my Mom! I wish I could do it all over again and I am so thankful for the amazing team at the Bridal Finery that made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!

The team at bridal finery is phenomenal to work with! They were the only shop to ask about style and inspiration pics ahead of the appointment so that we wouldn't waste any time. When we arrived Bri already had a dress set aside that was in line with what I had in mind, and I ended up purchasing it the same day! Bri and Tali were proactive with follow up appointments, provided suggestions for style when I needed help, and they offer to set up the dress cleaning / preservation service. And their seamstress, Sarah, is absolutely amazing. I had a TON of detail on my dress and she tailored and fitted it beautifully, and in such a quick time frame given the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend this shop!!
