Great fully furnished place for short term stays. There is a laundry unit on the first floor. Everything you need is provided! Soap, shampoo, sheets, towels, detergent, utensils, etc. Oh and the TV has tons of channels to watch which is great for tv bingers like me! The building is still under construction but it sounds like going to be done soon. Overall, this is a very nice quiet place with a modern minimalist aesthetic. Also, the owner/manager is great! Highly recommend!

This place is nearly perfect. The lobby is clean and inviting and the rooms are likewise clean and well appointed. Very roomy and pleasant, full kitchen and bath. The property manager Brandon is easy to reach and willing to help. The only setback is for me personally being close to sixty is that there is no elevator which makes carrying heavy bags up stairs a bit difficult. Other than that I’m very impressed.

I am a Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech that has stayed at Concorde for two contracts. I love the unit and the facility. It comes with everything you could possibly need. Matt is very hospitable. He responds in a very timely manner and is the coolest! I have had to extend my stay with him and he accommodated me with no problem. The area is not bad and it is well lit at night time. It’s pretty quiet and cozy in the facility and it’s secured. Overall, I give this stay a 10/10 and if I am ever in the Peoria area again, this is the only place I would want to stay!

This place is hands down the best place to stay if you have an extended stay in Peoria. Matt (the owner) is very responsive, reliable and patient. The place is very quiet, age and clean, newly renovated and nice and you cannot beat it for the price. The washer and dryers in the laundry room is free and they are nice. It is cheaper and nicer than any hotel I could find. The place has a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink, microwave, keurig but not a dishwasher. I stayed here for 2 weeks as a medical student rotating here and would highly recommend the place to anyone. If I have to come back to Peoria for anything I’ll be staying here.

I have had the opportunity to stay at The Concord Place as a healthcare traveler. It has been wonderful and Matthew is fantastic. The apartments are well furnished and modern in a quiet neighborhood. Each apartment is supplied with linens, towels, dinnerware, detergent, etc. I cannot say enough positive things.

The Concord was a living experience like no other. I was treated with extreme kindness and it felt like home. The units are fully loaded and well kept upon move in. If I could give it a higher rating than 5 stars, I would!

I had a great experience at The Concord Place. It was very clean and a quiet place for a night shift nurse like myself. The owner is very accommodating and helpful! 10/10 recommend. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely be staying again!
