Customer service is terrible. No one ever answers the phone. I lost track of how many times they cancelled appointments with no advance notice (just got a cancellation call this a.m. halfway through my appt window). Whatever they're paying Julie in the In the service dept, its too much. If you're looking for a pool, I highly recommend Alpine. Wish I had gone there initially

Dave was very responsive and helpful. I filled out a form online and he called me within the hour. After our call he emailed me what we talked about. I met him a few days later to see the sauna models we discussed. He had them heated and ready to go for me to try. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us on a model that fit our needs the best! What we chose was in stock and they’re delivering it just 6 days after purchasing! Love the quick turnaround and very excited to use it so soon.

The experience from start to finish was so easy and pleasant. David was so knowledgeable and professional. The delivery service team was outstanding given our tricky backyard. There was a small dent in one panel but they were quick to call to get it resolved. Great customer service. I highly recommend.

First off this is are first time buying a hot tube. Dave was awesome with in minute of us walking into the door at valley pools and spas in cranberry. Dave answered all our questions and found the perfect tube that was going to best fit my wants as to Low maintenance and easy care. They delivery guys were awesome and had our hot tub unloaded and in place with in 30mins. They also showed up right at 9am ( delivery window was 9:00-1200pm)

I recently purchased a hot tub and custom sauna. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very confident in my choices. If you are considering a purchase do yourself a favor and go see David at Valley Pool & Spa in Cranberry Township. You won't be disappointed.

Went to return pool winterizing kit that I was not comfortable using. There is nothing wrong with the kit they sell, it’s just not what I have used the past 2 years and my pool has been on point when I open it up in the spring. The last at the register asked me why I was returning and I told her. Real nasty she responded, I have been using this type kit for 25 years. That is great for her, but what one person likes is not the same as what someone else may. She was just ignorant and nasty. The guy I bought it off the day before told me just dump the chemicals in when your ready to close the pool, let it circulate for a few hours then drain your pool down and cover it for the winter. That is not what the directions even say on the box. Says to lower your water first, mix each chemical in a bucket of water, dump in pool around the inner and outer edge. I will not go back to Valley Pool again, not just because of this incident, it’s a s&@T show every time I go in there. Stick with the local pool dealer.

Delivery of swim spa was smooth and the guys set up everything. There was about 6” of water at the bottom of the “pool” side which soaked all of the boxed equipment. The additional equipment fell apart due to the wet cardboard. One of the delivery guys did try to scoop out the water and residual cardboard, but it would have taken all day. He told me that when the spa is turned on, all of the cardboard will be collected in the filter baskets. We’ll see how that works. Otherwise delivery and set up was good. I have not tried working the dual zone swim spa as my electrical contractor has not yet come to the house.

The staff at the Cranberry store were awesome in helping me find the appropriate hose for an Intex pool. I had a landscaping "accident" with the original solar mat, so I got a replacement that didn't fit properly. Kudos to the staff!
