Dr. Black was very informative and kind for this procedure I've been dreading. Its day 3 but I already feel a million times better than I did before visiting this facility. I had two teeth extracted and the procedure went great. I was worried because these two teeth have been troublesome but they resolved the issues I have been having. Once I'm healed, I hope to come back in for an implant. I'm glad I got referred to this facility as they'll probably be my primary dentist moving forward. Thank you to all the staff here for being so accommodating. I'm happy to be adding another 5 star review for this facility because you guys earned it. 💖

I had a molar and wisdom tooth removed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they provided all after care and procedure instructions clearly and answered any questions I had. It was the cleanest and easiest tooth extraction I have had to date. They ask if I wanted to be sedated or out to sleep, I requested sedation and was made comfortable through the procedure. I had very little pain in the following days and everything has been healing up well. If you have to have a tooth extracted, you could not do better than them.

Friendly, caring and supportive staff. The were excellent in assisting my 15 year old to feel comfortable and safe before being put under general anesthesia and having all four wisdom teeth removed. There was no need for a follow up, no infection arose, minimal pain, and within 4 days he was feeling good. Very highly recommend this office for care! As they were also the office that removed my daughters four wisdom teeth as well.

Excellent service. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my procedure very well. They were also very efficient. All of my visits were short, and not a lot of time spent in the waiting area. The surgeon was professional and skilled. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Considering the stress involved with having to have oral surgery, these employees are very very good at their job's. They were kind, compassionate, and patient with any and all questions! Awesome job very professional, fast and friendly would highly recommend. Was very Pleased with the Dr. He takes his time to explain in detail the procedure that's going to be done on you. 60 years ago I had the most horrendous dental experience that scared me for life with fear of Dentists. Dr. Cooper and his staff have made me feel so comfortable and they respect my fear, even at my age now of 70. They make and keep me comfortable from the moment I sit in their chair until they escort me to my waiting ride home.. They do not make me feel like some over grown chicken of Dental Work. I will go to them completely without fear of whatever next step is in line for my Dental care. Thank you to Dr. Cooper and all at the clinic for treating me like a regular adult.

When I went to have my wisdom tooth extracted, I was absolutely petrified. I'd had a previous wisdom tooth extraction from a different place and it was a horrible experience. Dr. Teeples, and his assistants were caring and reassuring. They put my mind at ease right away. And the extraction itself was quick and painless. I don't think the procedure took longer than 10 minutes. The aftercare was a breeze. I had zero issues. If you have to have an extraction done, Columbia Basin Oral and Maxillofacial is the place and Dr. Teeples is your guy! 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!
