Update: I got my hair TRANSFORMED with Elyse! I was feeling very down and lost for the past month so of course I had to change my hair because that fixes everything. I came to Elyse with an idea in mind, but I told her to run with her creative freedom and she delivered! She was knowledgeable about my curly hair and so mindful of how to protect it from heat/bleach damage. The whole time I felt like I was with a friend and it was so comfortable. I came from working in healthcare, and practicing self-care wasn't promoted. When I was on that constant cycle of work and no rest it was draining. My body definitely took a hit and to be rejuvenated with someone so knowledgeable and so comforting was amazing. It was such a relaxing experience that I fell asleep, and snored!! I was so embarassed but she took it as a compliment and laughed it off with me. However, the care didn't stop there as she recommended some amazing products that already are making a difference and my facial was less than a week ago. She really acknowledged my concerns and even filled in some of the gaps that I didn't know were there. I already have another service booked🥰

As a male I had never had a facial done. Wasn’t really sure what to expect. Definitely did not regret it, it was amazing experience with Jaqui . I wanted to provide a review for the Aveda Institute in Avondale. I take my daughter to the Avondale Sports Complex for recreation sports so I was really excited when I began seeing signs that the school was coming soon. From the moment I first called, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and quickly helped me book an appointment for all over hair color. Within a few days, I was sitting in Adrian’s chair and getting my hair done. By booking an appointment at the Aveda Institute, you are not only getting an amazing price on your service, but you are helping the students gain confidence and experience in their area of expertise. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to my needs, making sure I was pleased and satisfied with everything as we went along. I even got a mini massage at the beginning of my service which put me in relaxation mode and was such a nice surprise, it was something I wasn’t even expecting! I loved how my hair turned out! The quality of products they use is uncompromised as it is all Aveda products so be assured no corners are cut when it comes to that. The students work is also reviewed by a senior educator so you can be confident that it will be done right. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend anyone to visit the Aveda Institute in Avondale and request Adrian. Adrian is 1 of only 2 males currently enrolled and he is extremely passionate about learning how to be the best at women’s hair. They also do spa services like facials and waxing at this location - I can’t wait to try that out!

I came in for a haircut with Bailey and I couldn’t be happier! It was a year and half since my last haircut and i needed help evening out my layers and getting my bangs back. I have curly hair and wanted a cut that could be styled or worn naturally. Bailey listened to my concerns and provided some suggestions that I didn’t think of myself. She gave me a beautiful haircut + a botanical treatment to repair my dead ends. My hair has never looked better!

I got a haircut from Zoe this Tuesday and I absolutely loved how my hair came out! She was super friendly and was nice to talk to. She made me feel heard when I was describing how I wanted my hair and was super thorough when doing my hair to make sure it came out perfect, and it did! We cut 5-inches off my hair and her efforts made my hair look amazing! Definitely recommend going to her, 10/10!

I had the pleasure of sitting in Elyse’s chair for a color this past week. My hair needed some serious love, and she absolutely killed it. I came in having no idea how to put what I wanted into words, and she made my vision come to life. She was so meticulous with every foil, and it turned out better than I could have imagined!

I booked with Angela! Let me tell you I’ve always been scared to get even a trim on my hair but Angela made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! She did an amazing job on my hair ! She completely brought it back to life 🫶🏼 Sending everyone I know to her !

Janet Brott was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed my dual exfoliation facial! Janet created a relaxing environment and explained each step as she performed my facial. My face looks and feels great! Friends and family commented on the glowing appearance of my face! I will definitely be revisiting and recommending Janet!!
