I went in at 1pm today for a trim, it took 3 hours. I asked for 1 inch cut off my hair, which my stylist ensured me she would not even need to cut off that much because my hair is very healthy. She ended up cutting 4-5 inches off my hair without my knowledge or permission. I am honestly devastated as my long hair is something I really loved. I couldn’t see how much she cut because she was cutting it behind my back.

My stylist was very personable and gave me a great haircut for an awesome price! With that being said, hours of operation and online scheduling still needs to be fixed. I waited for 75 minutes the other day only to find out that they were closed the entire day for training. Just change the status on Google maps to say close for the day, and put a closed for training sign on the window so me and the other poor bloke don't twiddle our thumbs wondering what we're doing with our lunch breaks. As soon as there is a convenient way to schedule an appointment, I'm excited to post this as the five star business it deserves to be. Thank you for the haircut, and I look forward to scheduling my next one here!

I feel like prices are still VERY HIGH for the fact they are being performed by students. I also feel like overall, they aren't being taught to be very friendly. I felt like from start to finish I was received with a "better-than-you" attitude. No desire to return. But the service that was performed was done well and what I wanted.

I get my lashes lifted and tinted here and I would never ever consider going anywhere else!! I don’t even wear make up anymore, it’s so nice. I recommend requesting Hannah Smith if you can! 💖

I was disappointed. It took all day. I did not get the cut because we ran out of time. I was charged for the cut. No prices are listed and its a guessing game what you will owe. The gal had an appointment and got rushed at the end. My hair turned orange. They did not offer to fix it. I was told to use purple shampoo instead. Still tint of orange. Been twice thinking it was the gal but i think its the product and tgeschool bot times same tging eztra long time

I went in today not knowing exactly what I wanted but fully aware of what I didn’t. Peyton listened to every concern I had in regards to my natural curly hair and did an absolutely amazing job on both my color and cut. I looked and felt amazing leaving the salon and I highly recommend Peyton. She is such a sweet and very talented young woman. By far the best experience I have had at any salon in my life. I will definitely be going back!

I've not been able to reach a person even 1 time. They don't return calls. And it's not even possible to book an appointment online. I've tried off and on for months, and consistently for the past week. Absolutely nothing from them.
