Ivy Row at Southern Miss is such an amazing community so far. The location is unbeatable, offering convenient access to campus while also being close to various shops and restaurants. The modern and well-designed apartments provided a comfortable and welcoming environment.What truly sets Ivy Row apart, though, is the friendly and attentive staff who always went above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. I highly recommend Ivy Row to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience near Southern Miss.

Ivy Row’s leasing staff is awesome. Personally, Logan was a great help for me. Mrs. Priscilla was a great help as well. They walked me through everything step by step and was very patient with me. I recommend for anyone to stay here. You won’t regret!! Great for college students looking for a home away from home.

It’s difficult to pick a star rating so I just went with an average of everything so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have appreciated the kindness, patience, communication and helpfulness of the staff that I've dealt with during the time my daughter signed her lease, to move in day. ⭐️⭐️Move in day was frustrating because the apartment was not cleaned, things were missing, things not working (have all since been fixed!) . We signed a lease in the spring under the impression the complex would be completed for fall move in. ⭐️It is not completed. No amenities are done and it’s not gated yet. No mail can be received yet either.

I love living here! They are so helpful with everything I need. They let us decorate however we want which I love. I also love the furniture the apartments come with. Walls are not thin so I can’t here anything outside of my room when my doors are closed.
