I needed a stamp for my daughters wedding . They told me they would email in a couple of days. 1 week later I stopped in and she totally forgot about my stamp and said she would call me in 30 minutes. 3 1/2 hours later she called and said she had it and would email me the font and picture of stamp design. 1 week later and Still have not gotten it .Called and left message to confirm email. I understand my stamp was not a big money , but with Covid-19 I wanted to support local business. Oh well Staples here I Come,

I'm from the Washington area. In 12/16, I was in Plum for my dear mother-in-law's funeral. The viewing started at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday and that morning we realized that we didn't have memory cards for the attendees. Geetika Tandon dropped everything to print the cards for us, and they were ready in the nick of time for the viewing. I recommend her shop most highly.

Stopped there completely out of the blue to get some business cards and the girl in plum handled my order extremely fast and at a fair price. Thank you and will definitely be back!!!! Very pleased with quality
