I highly recommend Dr. Larson and her team! Someone recommended her services since I have severe tinnitus. I needed a thorough evaluation of my hearing with the purchase of new hearing aids in mind. Dr Larson is very knowledgeable and experienced in the use of the technological programs needed for a complete evaluation. Because of my tinnitus, I was considering Widex hearing aids. I was able to get an appointment on the day the Widex rep was in her of office. I was impressed that Dr Larson, having already spent about an hour with me, then joined me in my appointment with the rep. The communication was seamless! Excellent experience!

Very good experience all the way around. The staff were very professional and friendly. The examination was thorough. Results were clearly explained and detailed. I was allowed to ask questions and was not rushed. Ms. Larson was very knowledgeable and professional. My only recommendation is that I should have received a copy of the results, as promised. I attempted to email a request, but I could not find an email to make the request; I will call them. Otherwise, excellent service.
