The
facility
is
fine.
However,
we
had
never
been
and
we
weren't
advised
by
anyone
that
there
were
lockers
(not
upon
checking
in
or
renting
skates)
where
we
could
keep
our
stuff.
The
lockers
are
not
in
line
of
sight
after
getting
your
rental
skates,
nor
are
there
any
signs
for
them.
Everyone
else
left
their
shoes
and
things
in
the
common
area
outside
the
rink,
so
we
followed
suit.
(the
rink
confirmed
this
was
common
practice)
My
nephew
ended
up
having
his
shoes
stolen,
along
with
other
items
that
he
tucked
inside
his
shoes.
(The
other
items
were
recovered
later
that
night
as
the
thief
only
wanted
his
shoes
and
his
the
other
items
inside
a
random
locker,
we
discovered
this
on
our
own,
the
rink
did
not
assist
with
the
search.)
The
facility
has
signs
all
over
saying
they
have
cameras
(but
again
no
signs
for
lockers),
so
we
asked
to
have
them
review
the
cameras.
I'm
not
blaming
the
facility
for
the
theft
or
our
naivety.
However,
when
we
asked
about
reviewing
the
footage.
We
were
advised
none
of
the
cameras
actually
work
and
haven't
for
years.
I
debated
posting
this
review
because
now
people
will
know
the
cameras
don't
work,
which
puts
others
at
risk
of
theft,
but
maybe
if
they
facility
is
actually
concerned
about
theft,
they'll
fix
their
camera
problem
to
prevent
theft.
And
while
we
will
not
be
returning
to
this
rink,
I
hope
this
review
helps
others
who
will
be
going,
to
be
aware
that
there
are
lockers
and
you
should
use
them
because
the
signs
about
cameras
are
empty
threats.
As
a
side
note,
yes,
we
made
a
police
report
as
the
shoes
were
Jordans.
(again
poor
choice
of
footwear
on
my
nephew's
part
to
bring
to
a
place
where
you
have
to
remove
them,
but
that
doesn't
justify
the
theft)
We
didn't
find
out
the
cameras
don't
work
until
after
the
police
report
was
filed.
