Daughters
stayed
for
their
first
semester
just
to
get
use
to
living
the
apartment
life.
First
it
seemed
good.
Then
the
problems
started…
1.
The
gate
only
able
to
get
in
with
a
key
card,
so
after
about
a
month
they
start
keeping
it
closed.
Parents,
family,
friends
couldn’t
get
in
unless
the
student
walked
down
to
the
gate
and
let
them
in
or
you
wait
until
someone
came
in
that
could
open
the
gate.
When
they
finally
fixed
this
it
was
you
would
put
in
a
code
and
called
the
student.
Sometimes
it
worked
and
sometimes
it
didn’t.
2.
There
is
a
counter
between
the
kitchen
and
living
room.
Do
not
put
any
weight
on
it.
It
will
break!
Poorly
made.
Sent
pictures
to
a
construction
friend
of
ours
and
said
for
us
to
definitely
fight
to
get
it
fixed
without
being
charged,
which
was
a
ridiculous
amount.
It
took
over
2
days
for
my
husband
to
get
a
manager
to
even
talk
to.
3.
They
had
the
dishwasher
leak
and
it
soaked
through
the
wall
and
floor.
Our
daughters
dresser
and
the
wall
behind
her
dresser
were
covered
in
mold.
The
job
to
clean
and
dry
the
area
was
poorly
handled.
The
only
good
thing
I
can
say
is
the
girls
said
they
felt
safe
and
the
apartments
look
nice.
I
am
not
a
complainer
at
all.
Usually
love
to
let
people
know
great
a
place
is.
But,
parents
beware.
Dorm
room
prices
with
terrible
care.
