Update: Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Dr. Patel for pediatric dentistry. I was told that he does work with children, and our first visit was a great one (see below). However, we visited a second time about three weeks later with recommendations from an orthodontist. Mistakes were made, and I'm leaving it at that. I understand that he is a newer dentist, but I expected to be able to trust him to carry out the recommended plan. This was a great experience. Dr. Patel and his entire staff were so welcoming and professional. They gave us new patient swag bags as well as a "get well soon" kit complete with pain reliever, 2 cold compresses, and chicken noodle soup. My son wanted the cold compress and soup as soon as we got home, and he was smiling by the time he finished eating. Many thanks to the Shreveport Dental Solutions team! I'd highly recommend them for pediatric dentistry!

I've had a wonderful experience with the hygienist; however, I had an unpleasant experience with a crown I had in an implant. I got this implant and crown in my country. The Dr. told me that the process to adjust the crown was going to be simple and did not risk my crown, I literally asked because I had no money to pay for a new one. However, they did not get the screw to tie the crown and I finally lost this crown, and I paid for the process and finally lost my crown and did not get the money back... I think that they did not inform me the risks I had to lose my crown, because in this case I would opt to keep the crown until I can go to the same dentist where I got it. R/ Yes, you offered a partial refund, and I initially declined it because I felt very frustrated, however, ten minutes later I changed my mind and told you that I will accept the partial refund and you literally told me that it was too late... Anyway, I just left this post here because I received an email to review my experience. In general, I have had a good experience with Shreveport Dental Solutions, but in my opinion this incident was not properly handled. Maybe in the future, in similar cases, you can explain the risks better to take a more informed decision...

Such a kind and caring environment! - Tara was so sweet and did a fantastic job ensuring I was comfortable and she provided great education throughout the entire process. Dr. Kacos was very kind and made me feel confident about the future with my oral health. He ensured I understood the next steps that would be taken to address my issues and I could tell he genuinely cared about all my concerns. - I highly HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who may have fears of being judged surrounding their oral health and want to ensure they’re receiving the best quality of care possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nika is by far the best person! I called she got me right in with no problems & was super helpful. Special thanks to Dr.Patel & assistant Raquel they are phenomenal when it comes to tooth extractions. I love also that they check on you and give you special care and treatment even after the procedure. 10/10 recommend! Don’t hesitate to go.

The absolute BEST dental experience I’ve ever had! The nurses and Dr. Patel were very nice and totally attentive, and they all went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as stress-free as possible. If you’re an anxious dental patient, then this is definitely the place for you! They made the entire root canal experience 100% painless! Will be returning to this facility, as well as highly recommending!

I was a new patient today for this group and I had the best experience. The office was so nice and very clean. Stephanie was my hygienist, she’s fantastic. Dr Patel was great, soft spoken and answered my questions and concerns. The overall experience, was Great!!
