The customer service is hands down, THE BEST! They are prompt and courteous, and respond in an appropriate amount of time during their business hrs. I left a message when they were closed, and they got back to me first thing,(Pacific time,) the next day, and even added 1 more item to my order for me that I had forgotten. Shipping is so quick and packed well. Even though a few items vary in price in comparison to other big distributors, it’s worth the few extra pennies to feel like a valued customer.

If an item has run out they will contact you via Text so decisions can be made promptly. Love this company and love their Blog, and informational pieces they send out as well. I've never had an issue. The products are great quality and that's why I've been so loyal.
