I would rate them 6 stars if I could. I've never had a smoother experience signing a lease as a student in the West Lafayette area. Dawn in particular deserves a double thumbs up for her extensive knowledge and overall kindness.

This place is amazing! Not only was the staff was so helpful, but the model apartment they showed me was super well designed and modern. All the amenities are really cool, and I especially love the slide!

An overall amazing experience with the Verve leasing team. They were all very friendly and transparent during the leasing process making it simple. Special thanks to Will and Emma, with the walk through of the model unit and answering all the questions I had.

My roommate and I are SO excited to live here next year! The staff have been so helpful throughout the whole process, and the amenities really speak for themselves but nevertheless they look amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.

Checked out this places temp office and they had AMAZING pics of the place. Still can't believe there's a freaking slide in this place. Gym is super updated too way better than any of the other places. My buddy is gonna love this place!!

The Verve leasing management is extremely helpful and personable! I love talking with them every time I go into the leasing office. It is very obvious that they have your best interest in mind.
