The
OUTLET
store
is
awesome
and
the
ladies
working
there
always
treat
me
well.
I
used
to
love
the
main
store
until
they
took
away
all
of
the
good
things
like
the
Home
fashions
and
the
gift
wrapping.
Until
recently
I
was
fine
with
them
and
I
asked
them
to
put
two
pairs
of
men's
shoes
on
hold
for
me
and
a
young
man
did
that.
Labeled
them
with
my
Last
name.
The
next
morning
I
came
in
only
one
hour
after
opening
and
they
could
not
find
the
shoes.
The
young
man
told
them
that
he
put
them
on
hold
for
me
with
the
pink
slip
on
them
with
my
name
.
Now,
I
have
been
shopping
at
Bealls
since
before
it
was
Bealls
because
there
used
to
be
an
Aames
there
and
before
that
it
was
Six
Gun
Territory.
I've
been
shopping
there
a
long
time
and
the
two
women
who
were
working
behind
the
counter
acted
like
they
didn't
want
to
come
out
and
look
for
the
shoes.
The
young
man
told
them
over
the
walkie-talkie
they
should
be
there
and
I
noticed
piles
and
piles
of
clothing
at
each
of
the
registers
with
single
first
names
on
them
which
told
me
that
most
of
the
merchandise
on
hold
was
for
employees.
Considering
the
fact
that
the
store
had
only
been
open
an
hour
and
there
was
only
one
or
two
other
people
shopping
in
the
store
I'm
guessing
that
my
shoes
either
got
put
aside
for
an
employee
or
even
completely
lost
which
is
ridiculous
since
there
are
hardly
ever
any
customers
in
the
main
store.
One
of
the
women
working
at
the
front
had
the
gall
to
ask
me
if
I
was
a
rewards
member
while
I
was
waiting
and
I
said
yes
I'm
a
rewards
member
of
both
stores
but
what
does
that
have
to
do
with
this?
I
gave
them
my
number
and
I
called
back
later
and
they
still
couldn't
find
the
shoes.
Both
pairs
probably
fell
into
the
hands
of
an
employee
because
they
were
so
cheap
and
since
every
cash
register
had
stacks
and
stacks
of
clothing
with
pink
slips
with
first
names
on
it
I'm
assuming
that
the
employees
are
getting
first
dibs.
So
I'm
just
going
to
keep
shopping
at
the
outlet
store
where
I
get
treated
better
I
never
have
any
problems.
The
two
ladies
who
work
the
outlet
store
are
really
great
at
customer
service
and
are
always
courteous
and
friendly
so
this
review
is
for
the
five
stars
not
the
main
store.
