Brad and Lauren made an extra trip to meet with us and give us a tutorial on how to operate everything. This was appreciated more than they can know. Lauren walked me through downloading the app and showed me how to control the hot tub through my phone. You can tell that customer service truly is important to them. We used Jonesboro jacuzzi for our pool this summer. We were first time pool owners and they were very patient in helping us get out pool up and running and perfect all summer. We just purchased a new jacuzzi 315. The personal service we experienced at the store was great and helpful. The staff was professional and nice and explained the different model jacuzzi to us. When they delivered the jacuzzi to our house they did a good job. Cleaned up all the trash from packaging. The explained everything about the hot tub and how to use it. They took there time and answered all our questions. We are very pleased and will buy again from them.
