The doctors at Children's help really talk to me like a human being and explain stuff to me not medically I feel very comfortable talking to them and I feel they take care of my children very well God bless them all

I took my daughter here for her first appointment, and my high expectations ended quickly. When Dr. Okonkwo was rude about me wanting to take time to consider the pros and cons of giving my 2yr old a vaccine that was not previously mentioned to me, and told me I was not going to be allowed to bring her to the clinic if I did not give it to her. So I recommend you take your kids somewhere else that hears you, and don’t let any anyone force you to make a decision concerning your children without taking time to consider your choices! Yes very polite response, but VERY rudely delivered by the doctor, and I DO NOT recommend this office TO ANYBODY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CHILD! Don’t allow someone who is doing thing this for money not passion take care of your children! CHILDREN ARE A GIFT not an experiment!

Never have an issue here. Appointments are smooth, never have to wait. Even when making an appointment, if it's a sick visit they get you in right away. Always a pleasant experience ✨️

We had the pleasure of being called back by Artisha a medical assistant there. She was very friendly, caring and treated our child as her own. She made our visit wonderful. With me being a medical assistant I fully understand the job duty and at times we don’t get recognized for our good work and I just wanted to recognize her.

Everyone is nice when you have questions & are always cheery. I like that especially when parents bring in their sick 🤒 children. They may be a little stressed over that. Dr. Okonkwo has a sense of humor that helps as well & he definitely is intelligent as a Doctor & he also answers all your questions & cares about all his patients & their families. Even when you call on the phone, they’re caring & nice. Praying for everyone on staff. Thank you very much, Sheila

Absolutely love this doctor office and everyone in the office! From the minute you walk in they're awesome! The doctor's there always help with any questions! They don't push the shots you don't want,they don't look places your child says no to! Absolutely love Dr.Okonkwo!!

The staff is always amazing & friendly! I've brought my kids here for 13yrs & have never had any issues. Dr Katie is always so nice & informative with nay questions I have.

My kids have been seen by this practice since birth. They are now 11, 9, and a newborn. Nothing but great service from all of the staff at this practice. Easy to get in for sick visits also. The nurse practitioners and Dr. Okonkwo are all great.
