I've been a dog trainer for over 15 years in New Jersey and am now a consultant for dog daycare and boarding facilities all over the U.S. and Canada and I can say the K9 Resorts is by far one of the best I've seen. They have such a high standard and are continually striving to improve and provide the very best care for dogs and their people. Everything from their highly trained staff to the top of the line equipment and materials they use, K9 Resorts is THE PLACE for dog care. I can't say enough about them and can't recommend them enough.

I’ve never boarded a dog before so I was very weary about this. When K9 advertises that they are a luxury pet hotel, they’re not kidding. It is absolutely gorgeous but most importantly, spotless. The staff are always warm and welcoming, especially the assistant manager, Tiffany. I can’t say enough about her. Whenever I ask for an update on my dog, she sends me videos and pictures of her playing. Whenever I drop her off, Tiffany walks her inside as if she’s getting a personal escort. The manager, Brian is also fantastic. Always gives me a detailed report when I call. I highly recommend K9 Resorts in Fanwood. They 100% earned 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

My golden retriever goes to K9 whenever we go out of town and occasionally for daycare as well. The staff is always great up front - they know my dog by name and are always so excited to see her! She always seems to have fun while she’s there and comes home and sleeps for days. It’s comforting to know she’s in good hands. Thank you Fanwood team!!

Love K9! Leaps and bounds better than their counterparts! The facilities are impeccably clean (not to mention so luxurious). They love my dogs genuinely. My dogs run to greet the staff! They always keep you informed if your dogs act differently (ie if they are tired, got sick, etc). The bath services are lifesavers and keep us fur parents sane! As is I would stay with them forever. If they managed any of the below, I probably would give them my first born (but not my dogs): 1) Live webcams so we can see our doggos playing (or at least more social media live reels, stories, etc). I'd love to see who my dogs play with etc... 2) Longer hours (like a third shift until 10 pm for the dogs). Not so much for after hour pickups but it's the only thing that keeps me from boarding my dogs there overnight as they can't hold their potty needs from 7 pm to 7 am when the staff come back. 3) Package discounts greater than 40 for us regulars!

I’ve always had a great experience with K9 Resorts. The facilities are clean, the staff is very nice and welcoming. I don’t have to worry about how my dog is being treated when he’s in daycare or Boarding. Bentley loves school and the staff.

We absolutely love K9 Resorts in Fanwood! Staff is amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! Love the photo shoots, too!! Duke looks forward his time in daycare 3 days a week. We also board him here. If you’re looking for a clean, safe pet friendly place look no further. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We love K9 resorts. They take such good care of our fur baby. Highly recommend. It's the cleanest facility we have found as well. CharKoal is very happy with them. He gets so excited when he visits.

Absolutely love K9 resorts, fanwood. Been coming here for years. Ever since they opened. This year they threw a birthday party for my pup Marsh and even included his little brother Ned. Can not recommend them enough.

My Marty and Macy love playing with all their friends at K9! The Staff is wonderful and I always feel at ease dropping my sweet dogs off either for daycare or for overnight stays! They had so much fun celebrating Halloween with their fur friends!

If my furbaby could talk, he’d ask to come here everyday! From the second you open the doors, you are treated with kindness and respect and your pup is catered to with love. I leave my dog there knowing he is happy, physically and mentally stimulated, and well taken care of. Hours are convenient and the prices are competitive and well worth the investment to ensure the best for your puppy!

My rescue Kanga has been going there for almost 3 years. I adopted her during Covid and she had separation anxiety when I went back to work so it was difficult to leave her home alone. When I enrolled her in K9, staff were very helpful in addressing my concerns and made her feel right at home. She LOVES going there and barely waits to get out of the car when we pull into the parking lot! Makes me so happy as a dog mom that my fur baby has a place away from home where she is well cared for. Staff have always been through and professional with any questions. Facility is immaculately clean and Kanga always comes home tired and happy! Would never send her anywhere else and always recommend K9 to any friends, coworkers, or others looking for doggie daycare and boarding.

Great experience with K9 Resorts, Fanwood. The facility is clean, the staff is very welcoming, and Miller gets so excited when we are heading towards drop off. We started taking him to daycare in preparation for our wedding. On Saturday while my husband and I were getting ready to do our first look we received these photos of our furbaby. We wanted him to be apart of our day and K9 resort did that. While we missed him we didn’t worry at all. Highly recommend K9 resort for boarding.

K9 Resorts is my dogs' home away from home. We've been taking them periodically for both daycare and boarding over the last 8 years, and as soon as we pull into the driveway, they wag their tails with excitement. K9's staff is so loving and accommodating; you can see how much they truly love what they do! I know my pups are always in good hands at K9 and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Amazing staff that really cares about your dog. The facility is beautiful and spotless. My dog never comes home smelling like other dogs. I have complete peace of mind when I leave them in their care. Availability has not been an issue since the renovation which has been a lifesaver in a pinch.

Jakey has been going to K9 Resorts for seven years and loves it as much today as he did when he was a puppy! The staff are amazing and everyone they are greets Jakey by name when he walks in the door. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
