Fantastic customer service at this store. After explaining what I needed the person helping me made suggestions that resulted in finding everything thing I was looking for. I have been extremely happy with everything I bought here in the last few years.

My husband and I shopped at this store yesterday and had the good fortune of being helped by Laurent who is extremely knowledgeable about backpacks and how to determine proper size and fit. It was a delightful education and experience. I am very happy with the backpack I bought. Laurent also helped my husband buy a jacket last week.

This is my favorite store and my favorite brand in California! The store has different varieties or selections to choose from, they have everything what you need for winter or summer clothing! Their quality products are sustainable and eco-friendly! And of course, the staff are way friendly and hardworking, they’ll assist you in finding what your specific needs! I come here often if I get a chance and highly recommended for shopping for everyone!

I'm never disappointed by the quality and visual aesthetics of the clothes and gear. The customer service is always excellent at my store in Palo Alto. Some very nice people work there and they do whatever it takes to address a customer's needs. And take my word for it, I'm sometimes a challenging and, some might say, a difficult customer. I demand the highest level of performance from these goods because I actually use them in the wild. I am constantly product testing, and if stuff doesn't live up to the hype, I'll take it back. Here's an example, I wore a Marino wool blended base layer that was supposed to be oder resistant. I initially wore it for a week straight, and by golly my wife didn't divorce me! No but seriously, ... I did wear on it a multi-week kayak trip. In the end it did kinda fail. The the material at the elbows started to come apart, then I ripped it putting in on. It had gotten fragile. Patagonia replaced it no problem (after 9 months in the field).

Love that shop! I found something I always wanted and I bought it. Extremely friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.
