I had issue with accessibility features being accidentally turned on, then couldn't access settings due to screen blanking out. I had a really smooth and easy time dealing with the gadget guys. I took my S22 Ultra for a screen repair, and they got the screen ordered in a couple of days. The repair only took about 45 minutes. Overall, I was happy with the quality of work and my interaction with the staff.

This place was expensive and took absolutely for freaking ever with my phone but they did fix it and got it back to me. I ended up walking around celebration point for about 3-4 hours and had sushi. While walking around I ended up spending about 48 minutes with a homeless man by the dumpster. He shared some hooch with me and we got to talking about the complex infrastructure of the prison system and it’s relativity to slavery. His name was Thomas and Thomas lives by the dumpster at Gadget guys. 10/10 would recommend

This was the third shop I went to for an estimate on a repair for the insurance company. Keenen helped me. I provided specific details regarding the phone's function as well as its problems. Keenen provided me with the exact documentation I needed to send in. He explained that their shop did not do chip repair on the main board, but did document the wifi problems that were probably related to the chip. Gadget Guys did an excellent job at no cost and offered assistance if I needed anything more. Hoping now my insurance will replace the phone. Totally professional and knowledgeable. ***Follow up to this review: my insurance company has agreed that my phone is unrepairable. Now that I have a new phone, I realized the old one had many more problems than we knew. Many thanks to Gadget Guys for assisting me!

Gadget Guys are awesome! I have a Pixel 7 and it was having display issues. I ordered the part which only took 3 days to come in. I brought it in today to get the new part installed. Keenen was so awesome, polite and most importantly, honest. I had several questions and Keenen answered them all. In less than an hour, my phone was like new again. Thank you Gadget Guys and Keenan! Getting my phone repaired here was very easy. It took a phone call and two visits. In the phone call, they agreed to match a competitor's price for a repair. In the first visit, I brought in my phone and they diagnosed the issue and ordered the part all within five minutes. They asked me to pay half of the total on that visit to ensure that I would return for the repair. On the second visit, I left my phone with them for about 35 minutes (they said it would take 45). Now I have a one-year warranty on my charge port and it works great. Edit: I came back a year later for a laptop repair and the process was just as easy and quick. Pricing was very transparent.

I have now used their service 3 times: one for an older Macbook which neded a new battery; once for a cracked MacBook M1 screen; and once for a corrupted hard drive. The last was fixed in kess than an hour: the other two once the parts arrived were also fixed in two hours tops. The staff is very friendly and always describe the issues to you in detail and never in a condescending manner. Would recommend to everyone!

Went in to get a pair of Astro A50s fixed. The guy at the counter wasn't sure if they could do it but he took it to the back and gave it a try. Ten minutes later he came back with the headset good as new. Great service and I'll be coming back here again!

Last month in October '23, I took my old Samsung Galaxy phone in that had a serious charging problem. The phone had been damaged by ocean water seeping in from my reckless setting of it on the beach but Gadget Guys promptly ordered and replaced the charging part and fixed my phone within a day or 2. I am very happy with their service and Nathan there was very knowledgeable and cool in explaining the possible problem and all that needed to be done. The price was reasonable and affordable too. I recommend this service for any your problem devices. Personally I think they are the best cell phone /tablet repair shop in Gainesville! I give them an honest 5 stars- Thank you, Gadget guys!

Excellent customer service, the employee that answered the phones was extremely courteous and provided accurate information. The repair of my iPhone took a quarter of the time advertised by any of the local competitors(15 minutes as opposed to an hour +)while continuing to service other customers throughout the repair. The cost of the repair was also around fifty dollars less than the prices I confirmed with others in the area. If you require any assistance with personal device repairs I highly recommend this place.
