Hmmm, where should I start with this review. The surrounding of trees and plants gives the property colors and the sense of freshness around the environment. During the summer and autumn, standing in the dazzling sunshine, enjoy the breeze and a cold drink in the backyard. And winter? Lying on the sofa, watching TV, and enjoying the snow outside. Not far from the property is a nice park with a basketball court, gardens and a horse barn. It's also a great place for morning run, daze and think. Blue Course Commons has already amazed me in a matter of days! This was the best move in experience in my 4 years of college. The staff made sure that I felt welcomed and had everything prepared that I needed. From filling out everything before hand and a clear guide of how move in would go, I felt super prepared. They also were available to answer any random questions I may have had and they all were so kind. I definitely would recommend this pet friendly, newly renovated, (free parking!!) amazing community.

Super nice apartments, everyone is so friendly. The units are well kept and maintained. Ellie Dunn the property manager is great and extremely helpful with any questions and concerns you may have. Also blue course partners with PAWS and allows for fostering animals which we took part in and it has been truly an amazing experience.

I have lived at Blue Course for about a year now and resigned my lease for next year, it is a great place to live for off campus housing. The staff in the office are amazing, especially Ellie, they are extremely patient and understanding. The staff has been extremely welcoming to my two dogs that I have there, and my dogs always get super excited for a quick visit to the office. If you are looking for housing off campus that is a great distance to campus this is a great place for you.

This complex is very nice - so glad our student is living here for the second year.. The 2 level townhomes are very nice, with renovated kitchens, flooring and furniture. It is a short walk to Giant or Weiss, a bowling alley, a community gym, several shopping centers, on a CATA bus route and about a mile from campus/downtown so a 25-30 minute walk. A community park adjoins the property complete with dog park. Maintenance requests are responded to and the resident portal allows easy communication with property management.

Over all I love living at BCC! Any issues my roommate and I had were fixed super quickly and with ease. Ellie and Mae are both amazing people that always ensure living in college town will be as comfortable as possible!

Love my stay, can't tell you enough. Ample living and recreational space with a huge park in the vicinity. Neighborhood is very chill and laid back, I barely hear any noise. Mae especially has been a fantastic host for us, she's always supportive and cheerful. Now some might say it's a bit far from campus, but seriously though it's only a 10-minute bus ride tops. For the experience that you get, it's more than worth it. And no, Mae didn't pay me lol. This comes from a place of love. Thanks, Blue Course Commons.
