We
recently
moved
to
the
area,
and
when
driving
around
my
wife
noticed
the
large
"Nicaragua"
painted
on
the
front
of
the
building.
I've
been
to
the
country
a
few
times
and
she's
heard
me
talk
about
it
so
fondly,
that
she
said
we
should
try
it,
though
she
really
had
no
idea
what
to
expect.
We
both
loved
it,
and
it
reminded
me
so
much
of
the
food
in
Nicaragua,
especially
the
Gallo
Pinto
that
I
had
eaten
so
much
of.
Literally
everything
she
ate
she
liked:
The
salsa,
the
repochetas,
yucca
with
pork,
and
some
of
my
plantain
chips.
And
of
course
everyone
there
was
friendly
and
attentive.
