You would think the front desk that deals with insurance everyday they could figure out issues that occur on their end not mine fairly quick. I can understand a problem on my end not theirs can become more troublesome! If it doesn’t go with their normal procedures Good luck! You suffer and You’re on your own. They will also tell you insurance won’t cover something when in reality they will. Absolutely disgusting!! Are they scamming people out of money? Should an investigation be opened or should they be reported? This is for the front desk. Worthless over estimates your competence! Doctors are great if you can ever get past the front desk, Rooms are good clean. Scheduling is reasonable Been going to them for while but starting to feel like you have to watch your back when it comes to what the front desk tells you.

We had been coming to this pedestric clinic for almost 2 years now! Thank you for making doctor visits fun and entertaining for my little ones! We enjoyed the lobbies and every rooms full of different creativity!

I’ve been looking for a doctor for my son for a while, a friend recommended clovis pediatric group, so I tried it out. As soon as we walked in my son fell in love with the circus theme decor. The staff is really friendly and engage really well with the kids.

The place was very comfortable for my 2 kids very entertains for my 2 year old the nurses and doctor was nice a respectful this will definitely were both of my kids are going

Love this office. Wait times are short, they actually ask if you have concerns. MA’s giving shots are so sweet! Adorable offices that are very convenient to get appointments at! So glad we switched our babies here!

I have been bringing my daughter here for almost a year now and she loves the esthetic of the clinic. The staff is wonderful and super nice! Always make you feel very comfortable asking any kind of questions and always well organized. The best pediatrician I could’ve chosen for my baby!
