Arroyo Vet and staff are amazing. Dr. Villano and Dr. Gonda (I’m sure I spelled his name wrong) are so thorough and both of them have saved a few of my dogs lives. I can’t believe the kindness and compassion they show to animals and their owners. Karen, Jackie and Brooke are so helpful. Stuart and everyone else are the best as well. I wish I could remember and list everyone but I just want to share that Arroyo is the best. Thank you Arroyo.

Love this place. Everyone is very nice and caring. DrJohn is my hero. He helped with my nearly 17 year old Schnauzer who was in CHF for 2-years. He is the real deal. He knows what he is doing and has a kindness that comes through interacting with people and pets. He truly cares and it shows. It was heartwarming to see him cuddle with my new Schnauzer. Highly recommend.

All the staff were very pleasant. The appointment was right on time, they did not pressure me into doing any test and in fact told us that doing tests wouldn’t really change anything due to the age of our beloved pup. All in all a great experience. My wife was also very happy with them, when she took our other dog into them to be spayed a few months ago.

Welcoming and friendly. New to the area and was not too sure of an unfamiliar pet clinic. That said I was very pleased. My dog was given great care. Got us in in a very short time. And explained what treatment he needed for an ear infection. The clinic called this morning to check on my dog. Thank you.

All the staff were very helpful. There is a very happy and open energy when walking in. Very organized and efficient. They got me in and out in 40 minutes for my first time. The Vet was amazing and even chatted to me a bit about how things were going. I felt my pup got amazing care from great people! Was referred by family and definitely will come back again.

I raise Burmese cats. This is my preferred vet during business hours. I like Dr. Gonda; I don’t have a lot of experience with the other vets. Their hospital manager is a very cool and competent guy. He is familiar with uncommon solutions, such as melatonin implants to temporarily prevent heats in females. If we ask for something unusual, they’ll research it and not just say no. Their fees are in line with other vets in the area. If you’re an established client they’ll work you in if you have an urgent situation. My cats have never come home sick after visiting this practice. After all, sick animals go to the vet, so sanitation is important.

This was my first visit to this clinic. I was desperately looking for an as soon as possible appointment for my dog, my local vet I usually go to and others couldn’t get us in. They were able to get us in. The staff was so kind, I felt my dog was in good hands. I felt like I was listened to and all my questions were being answered. My Coco was taken back and treated, she came out happy and I was told she was such a good girl. I was so pleased and Coco was feeling better almost instantly. They aren’t my usual vet clinic, but I think I want them to be.

Great office with the caring people you’d want for your pet. They’ve been our vet since we got our puppy, but today they went the extra mile after our dog got into some toxic stuff. They worked fast, provided great care and treatment, and took the time to consult with poison control.
