I'm so disappointed!! Gorgeous store and great people inside, BUT, my order was filled incorrectly (I was given a sample size instead of the full size product that I ordered) and I was charged for the full size product. I have called twice, been sent to voicemail both times, and I still have not received a call back. I don't live in the area so visiting the store is a non option. $35 down the drain... I want my money back!

I was deciding on which indica gummy to get and Jessica, the manager was great about pointing out the differences between the choices and made sure I was getting the one I wanted. I tend to pass on signing up for memberships but she told me about the reward points so I said okay, fiiine. lol. Great customer service! Btw, it's better to bring cash. Using debit card will charge you extra.

David was extremely personable and helpful throughout our entire experience. He gave us some great recommendations and other staff members were just as welcoming and helpful. Line moved very quick and the online order experience was smooth and self explanatory.

Great product. Have been a customer since they opened. However this is the first time that the price (including tax) on my preorder was not the same as what I was charged when picking up my order (cash payment). The customer service is great, I don’t really have any complaints since I’ve always had great customer care. Just be prepared to be given a higher price in person.

I don’t have much to say about this dispensary. It’s Ascend but with worse traffic than Fort Lee. Starbucks next door, gas station next door…. sigh… take my money. Note: The staff here are lovely and kind at best, slightly timid at worst (totally understandable, we have our days). I picked up one time and this girl, I forgot her name, but she wore an Overwatch D.va Bunny pin, super sweet person! Also, that one supervisor with long blonde hair, chill dude vibes, he was super sweet too, and as a med patient, he took care of transferring between Rec menus and Med menus anytime I needed (1000000%, not only required by state law, but generally was super smooth), on top of that, always ironed out system issues budtenders were having pretty quickly. On top of that, I felt nauseous because of medication I take, and I wanted to know if I could bring a drink to feel a bit fuller after taking my meds, I called ahead to make sure it was okay, the dude at the phone was chill about it. This location and dispensary shines with general customer service, even more than Fort Lee. The only cons being that driving here is a nightmare 90% of the time. Prices are still horridly INFLATED compared to other states and even unlicensed sources (if you like to hurt yourself) RISE is the only alternative I would recommend solely for MEDICAL patients only. Recreational purchases are perfect here. Just make sure to drive home before using any product, and consume responsibly.
