Took my Daughter to see Dr. Rachel. Everyone was very attentive and kind to my baby girl! After our last experience at a different doctor was very unprofessional, this was a breath of fresh air!!

Waited months to find our daughter a decent Dr. Went today, 11/1/23 and was told they wouldnt see her because insurance lapsed and they refused to take cash. Completely denied seeing her. No call, just a waist of time.

Called asked if they are accepting new patients was told yes but would have to collect information and then the doctor would decide if they would take my child on as a new patient. They would call back in a day or two to let me know if we were accepted by the doctor to be seen. I have never experienced this where a doctor chooses their patients like this

If I could leave a negative I would. Don't take your children there especially if you're disabled yourself. You get told you're fine and then discharged on a Monday for being sick and not able to take your child in. My son is also autistic and on prescriptions and didn't even cover him while finding a new doctor. Please go to Southern Colorado Family Medicine. They take better care of you!

Dr. Carroll has been our family pediatrician for 20+ years. She listens and takes the time get to know her patients and answer all your questions. You can get a same day appointment or call back from her nurse/staff. When my son entered his teen years, she asked him if he would be more comfortable with a male doctor and he said “why you are my doctor I trust you.” She is thorough, thoughtful, kind but tells it like it is, which I appreciate. She builds meaningful relationships with her patients to best give them the care they need whether it be a routine visit or illness. My kids love and trust her and that is the most important thing to me. I highly recommend Dr. Carroll! My kids will age out soon and we will miss Dr. Carroll and her excellent care.

If I could give Dr. Hug and her staff 100+ stars I would. We recently had to switch pediatricians because I felt we were not getting the care my newborn deserved with our first pediatrician. When I tell you switching was THE BEST choice I could have ever made. Dr. Hug genuinely cares and loves each of her patients. She doesn’t just herd you in like cattle she sits and listens and hears each concern and question you have. Best pediatrician in Pueblo!!!

Dr. Carroll is an excellent pediatrician and her staff is amazing. I went to her for 15 years of my life and now she sees all three of my children. She always provides the best care for them. I would strongly recommend her if your looking for a new pediatrician for your kiddos. I love how personable she is and the passion and dedication she has. She has such a great relationship with my children that they love going to the doctor. Great work Children's Clinic of Pueblo.

I took this place for granted while we lived in Pueblo. It was the first pediatrician I ever took my son to and they set the bar high. Ever since we moved away and had to see new pediatricians I have realized how excellent the care we received here was. The office staff was always friendly. The children's exams were thorough. The Dr was up to date on vitamin supplementation guidelines and they made me feel like they cared and were happy to answer any questions. Like they actually wanted to make sure I was doing okay too not just asking the required questions. Now I just wish you were in Virginia so we could still go to your office.
