Love this place. Meant to leave this review last year but just now getting to it. They designed and made a wedding band to match the engagement ring we had bought somewhere else and not only did they NOT try to up sale us but they actually recommended some design elements that saved us hundreds of dollars. The band looked better than we could have hoped. They also helped with some unfortunate damage to the engagement ring without changing us out the ears. So refreshing to find a business that’s great at their profession, honest and friendly. We don’t do allot of jewelry but we will definitely be back when we do.

Kristy is amazing! I came in with 3 watches that needed resizing and 4 that needed new batteries! She was extremely kind and helpful, and made sure that each watch fit perfectly on my wrist. She very careful and precise. I brought in many watches and she was amazing!

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. If you are looking for a special piece Andrew has got you taken care of. Custom is their specialty. We came in with family diamonds to reset into a new engagement and wedding ring and he made it so special. From starting off by designing it with us on his computer to the finish product and even melding together after, he was fabulous. My husband loves his band they designed together. They are super reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Clarksville with my jewelry. We will be lifetime customers back for more pieces soon!

I recently lost my husband of 50 years and wanted something to represent our life together. I took my husband’s gold band, my anniversary band and the diamond from my original wedding set that had fallen out to Andrew. He designed this infinity pendant that I am calling my “circle of marriage” necklace. It feels so right to have the beginning and the end of our love story held together by Jim’s hand/band. I have gotten numerous compliments from friends and family, and even a few strangers commented on the uniqueness of the piece. Definitely a heirloom piece that will pass to my daughter and granddaughter and beyond! I highly recommend Clarksville Jewelers. I recently took a ring that my deceased mother in law left me that was in horrible shape. We truly thought it was damaged beyond repair. However, they were able to fix it and my husband and I were shocked. It looked just like it did many many years ago. Christy, is so nice and was very honest with me upfront and was just as happy as I was when she saw the way it turned out. After that great experience I immediately took a chain to be repaired and another ring to be sized down. Again, I have nothing but praises to sing for their incredible service! I can’t thank Andrew enough for fixing my mother's grandfather clock and educating us on it for we never knew on servicing it. We will be getting him to service it every Fourth of July. Not to mention reasonable price. I’m sold on doing my business with Clarksville Jewelers. 👍
