Hands
down
the
worst
dental
experience
we
have
ever
had.
We
are
an
active
duty
military
family,
with
two
kids
under
6&7.
we
showed
up
20
minutes
before
to
confirm
that
they
had
received
all
of
our
records
since
both
of
my
girls
had
dental
appointments.
We
were
told
they
had
everything
that
they
needed
and
had
received
everything
from
the
previous
Dentist
which
was
a
lie.
We
get
pulling
back
my
oldest
daughter
is
assigned
one
dental
hygienist,
and
my
youngest
is
assigned
to
another
girl,
The
one
assigned
to
my
oldest
she
is
acting
frustrated.
Does
not
seem
like
she
needs
to
be
in
a
child
environment.
She
messes
up
taking
my
daughters
x-rays
multiple
times.
She
is
playing
on
her
phone.
we
even
wait
a
long
extended
period
of
time
past
our
appointment
to
see
the
dentist
when
the
dentist
comes
in.
I
had
already
asked
the
dentist
hygienist
multiple
times
about
my
daughters
x-rays
and
if
there
were
some
thing
that
I
needed
can
be
concerned
about
she
said
no
she
just
admitted
that
she
struggled
getting
the
x-rays
which
was
due
to
her
playing
on
her
phone
.
the
dentist
then
stated
that
my
daughter
had
had
multiple
fillings
and
had
had
a
drill
taken
to
her
teeth
due
to
cavities,
which
has
never
happened.
I’ve
been
at
every
appointment
with
my
daughter.
He
then
proceeded
to
call
me
a
liar
and
told
me
that
my
daughter
had
cavities
in
between
her
teeth
and
that
she
needed
surgery
to
correct
or
we
had
the
choice
to
wait
until
she
outgrew
her
baby
teeth
and
it
fell
out.
which
I
knew
was
a
lie
and
then
proceeded
to
ask
if
they
had
our
dental
records.I
asked
for
X-rays
to
be
redone
since
They
struggle
with
the
x-rays.
He
stated
that
did
not
need
to
be
done.
Mr.
Kennedy
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
they
did
not
have
their
records,
and
if
they
tend
not
to
do
that
with
military
families
acting
as
if
we
were
the
problem.
Since
military
families
come
and
go
is
his
words.
I
then
proceed
to
tell
him
just
move
on
with
my
next
daughter
since
he
is
refusing
to
do
x-rays
that
I’m
done
talking
about
it
after
I
informed
him
of
his
employee
and
how
he’s
employee
was
acting.
Lo
and
behold,
my
youngest
daughter’s
x-rays,
and
everything
are
perfectly
fine.
There
is
nothing
to
be
concerned
about
because
the
girl
actually
took
her
time
and
took
the
x-rays
properly.
We
are
then
told
at
the
end
of
our
appointment
that
they
would
text
us
with
a
follow
up.
I
asked
for
the
fax
number
on
a
business
card
and
the
front
staff
proceeded
to
try
to
give
it
to
me
on
a
sticky
note
and
then
reminded
her
that
I
would
like
it
wrote
down
on
the
business
card
please
and
thank
you
so
I
could
call
our
previous
dentist
to
make
sure
they
have
all
the
records
they
need
emailed
over
and
faxed
over
so
they
actually
have
them.
If
you
are
military,
avoid
this
place.
Clearly,
Mr.
Kennedy
does
not
care
about
military
families
and
allows
his
employees
to
get
away
with
whatever
they
want.
He
hires
people
for
a
pediatric
position
who
are
not
well
with
children
and
do
not
need
to
work
with
children.
My
oldest
is
the
most
well
behaved
child.
There
is
coming
from
a
parent
with
one
child
who
is
on
the
spectrum.
Hands-down
this
is
not
how
to
treat
a
patient
dismissing
concerns
and
needs
putting
off
blame.
Trying
to
blame
the
child
or
parents
for
neglect
calling
the
parents
liars.
It’s
completely
unacceptable
not
once
was
I
apologize
too.
