I've been going to Dr. Lancaster since 2014. He's an excellent audiologist...professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I had a "sudden hearing loss" episode several years back that he diagnosed quickly & got me in to see an ENT physician the same day! He sees patients promptly, and the office staff are excellent, too. I highly recommend him to anyone needing audiological services.

I arrived about 3 1/2 hours early because I was in town for another appointment. The receptionist was very polite and took my phone number in the case that a patient was running late or a no show. She called me in about an hour before my appointment and I was seen by the doctor. The doctor was friendly and had a great personality, and I enjoyed our conversation. I was not rushed through my testing and felt that she was very thorough.

This process was a 10 from the start. Dr. Lancaster's staff has very high professional standards, greeting patients and keeping to scheduled appointment times. Dr Lancaster was very thorough and has a great "chair side" manner. Dr. Lancaster explained each step of the process fully. I can hear raindrops!!!!!

I was blind but now I see. I actually went in with an ear full of compacted wax. Dr Lancaster took great care of me. I don’t have health insurance but it was very affordable to get a much needed cleaning. 10/10

I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasingly surprised. Everyone was very professional and kind. Discussed my issues with several options for me to choose. I recommend them to handle any hearing problems you maybe experiencing 😏 😉

Dr. Lancaster and his team are absolutely amazing. They are so sweet and so helpful. I would not go anywhere else for an Audiologist team in Murfreesboro!
