Wheel chair rental and sales. Large variety of medical supplies available. Wonderful customer service, but the store needs to be more organized. The main entrance is a bit difficult to get in and out of the store because stuff like an old matress and other items in the area. You can't walk up or down some aisle. Plenty of parking.

Fair Haven had the portable wheelchair ramp that I needed. Reasonable rental prices. It was in good condition. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I have to say that the products that they have to support my mom's skin tear have been great. They have the perfect products to support her fragile skin and hard to heal wounds. The owner has been extremely helpful and has made very good suggestions.

Very friendly and helpful. My mother asked me to stop by and pick some things for my grandpa. I had no idea what those things were lol, just had a list. The people at the store went out of their way to help me. They spent time with me, taught me, and instead of pushing the most expensive thing they helped me get the best deal for my grandpa needs. From what I know this place is under new management. I have no idea of what it was like before. The service is awesome and you will not be disappointed.

If I could post zero stars I would. My daughter is a PA and needs to take her temp before she can go to her job at the hospital. I picked up a digital thermometer at Fair Haven Medical Supply for $16 that you can get on Amazon for $7.69. When she got it home she called and said it does not work. I called and the manager told me to read the directions and hung up on me. She is a PA so knows how to use a thermometer. I called again and asked for the owner and he hung up on me again. Please do not use this place. They do not deserve your business. I will also be reporting them other places.

The New ownership is outstanding!!! They show care for your medical needs the moment you walk in the door. They make you feel like a human and not just another sale opportunity. With a couple of family members in constant need of medical supplies I will certainly be returning for their supplies and highly recommend that family and friends do the same.

I needed a knee scooter after breaking my ankle, and Fair Haven Medical Supply had a huge selection from which to choose. They were very accommodating and friendly. It was a quick process, and I would highly recommend it for any medical supplies you may need.
