I
have
a
vintage
watch
that
worked
great,
it
just
needed
the
crystal
face
that
was
missing.
I
got
it
back
and
the
"second"
hand
is
missing
and
the
crystal
face
they
put
on
did
not
fit
in
grooves
properly
so
they
welded
one
to
the
top.
Now
the
crystal
sits
at
least
1/8"
higher
than
it
should.
The
soddering
around
the
crystal
looks
terrible
also.
Not
a
smooth
weld.
$300.
I
wish
we
wouldn't
have
left
it
with
them.
I
would
not
recommend
them.

Please
don't
call
me
a
liar.
My
watch
was
working
when
my
husband
brought
it
in.
Don't
tell
me
it
wasn't.
I
know
it
was.
I
wish
I
would
have
come
and
picked
it
up
when
he
told
me
the
price
quoted
to
him.
My
mistake
there.
The
crystal
definitely
has
been
welded
on
the
sides
to
attach
it.
I
know
what
a
bead
from
a
weld
looks
like.
And
because
of
how
high
the
new
crystal
sits,
it's
in
the
way
of
winding
it
with
ease.
If
you
didn't
have
access
to
a
crystal
that
would
fit,
we
should
have
been
notified
before
adding
one
that
wasn't
made
to
fit.
It
looks
ridiculous.
I
would
not
trust
you
with
this
watch
again,
hence
the
reason
for
me
not
returning
your
call.
Also,
while
it
was
being
worked
on,
we
kept
getting
told
different
things
about
the
watch
repair
guy
in
SLC.
Mike
would
tell
me
it
was
done
and
would
do
on
Friday
then
the
next
week
Mike
said,
oh,
it's
not
done,
the
repair
man
has
been
sick.
Not
worth
the
runaround
to
bring
it
back
in.
Sincerely,
Tracie
