husband
and
I
came
in
on
Wednesday
12/21/22
to
get
a
jacket
for
me
for
Christmas.
The
young
lady
working
was
very
nice.
We
got
a
jacket
and
went
home.
Upon
arriving
at
home,
I
noticed
that
there
were
a
lot
of
string
in
the
jacket.
I
removed
most
but
not
all
of
them.
On
Saturday
12/24/22
I
wore
the
jacket
for
the
first
time
to
go
cross
country
skiing.
The
left
sleeve
was
coming
unsewn
and
the
back
pack
feature
was
not
pleasant.
I
reached
out
to
the
company
via
their
website
about
the
sleeve
and
was
told
to
bring
it
in
on
Monday
12/26/22.
When
I
arrives
at
their
store
Monday
morning,
the
gentleman
that
was
working
was
not
pleasant
at
all.
He
treated
me
like
I
was
trying
to
rip
them
off.
He
asked
how
much
we
paid
for
the
jacket
and
I
gave
him
the
amount.
He
said
"most
people
come
in
here
wanting
a
hundred
dollar
jacket
with
upgrades
but
don't
want
to
pay
for
them".
I
responded
with
the
chat
information
and
told
him
that
I
was
told
to
bring
it
back
due
to
it
being
defective.
His
response
was
"well
I
will
probably
just
refund
your
money".
I
was
ok
with
that
but
we
found
a
replacement
instead.
Upon
my
getting
ready
to
leave
the
store
the
gentleman
told
me
to
bring
the
jacket
back
in
a
normal
business
day
and
they
would
reinforce
the
sleeves,
for
a
cost
of
course.
The
replacement
jacket
is
having
the
same
issues
as
the
first
but
I
do
not
want
to
deal
with
them
again
so
I
will
fix
it
myself.
As
far
as
the
backpack
feature
goes,
the
straps
are
made
of
ribbon
and
the
fasteners
are
very
large.
It
will
not
stay
tight
or
on
your
shoulders
unless
you
make
some
modifications.
I
will
not
purchase
anything
else
from
this
company.
For
the
price
of
their
merchandise,
I
would
expect
better
quality
and
customer
service.
