Staff is very nice and the whole process of getting vitals and sitting down in a section usually goes pretty well. None of those are my issue. Why am I told I have to reschedule an appointment because they are busy when I am in the building trying to scan in during my allotted time? Recently the ten minutes early and ten minutes late was changed to five minutes. I got to my appointment within five minutes of the scheduled time and I was locked out. So do I only have a four minute grace period? I even was talking to one of the staff to see why it wouldn’t let me in while I was still in the five minute period of my appointment just to be told I’d have to reschedule because they’re busy. On busy days I have to wait 2 hours or more in the building when it is usually 1 hour flat and I’m being told to reschedule on a day where it will be impossible. If I didn’t “make it” to my appointment on time or anyone else then who fills in the missed appointments?

Just completed my second donation - staff are so phenomenal and really helpful! While needles may seem painful, the expert staff literally make the process painless! They are all so kind and helpful. The facility is clean including the bathrooms.

Staff is fantastic but scheduling needs major improvement! Extremely long wait times. Scheduling leaves much to be desired. You make an appt., then wait in line (15 minutes) for vitals and after that wait another 15 to 20 minutes for a bed. Plan on staying longer than what you would think.

This place is a joke! I don't know how this place is still in business! My mom tried to donate here about 18+ years ago. She was told she couldn't donate because she travelled to Germany and lived there for two years back in the 1980's. Back in those days, if you travelled to or lived in any specific European country, such as Germany, between the years of 1980-2001, you were banned from donating plasma, due to a deadly disease, called ''Mad Cow Disease". The ban was also in place in order to prevent further transmission of BSE (aka Mad Cow Disease). My mom tried to donate again about 8 years ago, and sadly, she was told that she couldn't donate plasma because she had a shunt revision due to hydrocephalus. I ask all of you to stay away from BioLife. They will find something wrong you so that way you can't donate plasma. This place needs donors so badly, yet they come up with a bunch of bullcrap excuses to why any new or existing donor can't donate. I've even heard some really bad stories about this place as well. If you want to donate plasma for some extra cash, please reconsider going to BioLife, and try looking into donating at other blood donation centers. You all have been warned!

Everyone is so nice! I lespecially ove Brenda in the front! Very funny and a great personality. I just wish the bonuses would come around more often. I have been a regular donor but the "big money" is offered to new patients and those who haven't donated in a while. That seems so unfair.

I have always been hesitant on donating plasma.. but the staff were polite and forward thinkers. I'm glad I decided to go through with donating.
