We've had a great experience with Alisha and Jennifer. Our adventure started on our tour day of the community and the various house models that they have. We ended up applying for a home and now we're living here! I am truly grateful we chose to live here. The community is quiet and friendly. Every concern is dealt with on time and efficiently. Alisha is the best! It has been a wonderful experience working with her. She isn't pushy, but very helpful to answer questions. From Alisha, to Darrell, to Jennifer, everyone has been very accommodating and friendly. After looking for a rental for weeks, my husband and I decided this was the best place for the price. We have enjoyed getting to know our very nice neighbors and looking forward to a "block party"!!

Alisha is the most knowledgeable leasing manager I have ever dealt with. She makes everything make sense and I couldn’t ask for more! Some places I have talked to seem like they couldn’t care less if I rent with them. Not Alisha! She’s the best!!

I am so late getting to this review, but Jennifer was covering for Alisha when we found Monarch Place. We were not necessarily planning to select a rental that day as we had our 2 small children with us. Jennifer went above and beyond during the leasing process and helped entertain our littles with coloring sheets and was so patient as it was a lengthy process and the kids were getting antsy. We found our home, did all the paperwork, and got our keys all in the same day! It was so easy! Thanks Jennifer!

We were searching for a place to move closer to where we run errands and we found Monarch Place. When we pulled up Alisha met us and she was professional and kind. Alisha made us feel at home. Alisha is very accommodating. We applied and now moving in. If you are looking for a home this is the place. Alisha will take good care of you.

I am moved onto the property in April. I have been very satisfied and happy with the complex and the local area. The leasing agent Alisha is awesomeness in motion. The maintenance guy is me so I can’t say much for the maintenance guy.

Love the staff here! I was out of the country for a month and the staff brought packages into my home on request. Alisha was especially helpful thru the move in and maintenance process!
