I have been going to Dr. Lai for years and am extremely satisfied with his service. His nurses have always been so wonderful to work with! I recommended three people. In this last month and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises!

From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. Stacey was great and very thorough. She listened and had so many ideas to help with pain and was very knowledgeable. I saw the X-ray gal, Tawanna and she was professional, efficient and kind. I also saw the lab gal, Erica and she got me on the first poke and I felt nothing so she is really good. Everyone was was friendly, helpful and kind. I'm so glad I was referred here.

My husband was referred for 2nd opinion for Rheumatoid diagnosis. In the first visit Dr. Lai took the time to break things down and explain each type of the disease and treatment. He is absolutely exceptional. All the staff is so helpful and kind. They return phone calls within generally a few hours. And the follow-up is also spot on. I was so impressed with Dr. Lai's level of expertise and compassion that I also was referred to him for my Fibromyalsia.
