Such an amazing experience! Dr. Phelan and his staff are so welcoming, very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walk you through every step of any procedure and make sure you're comfortable during any procedure. Cannot say enough great things! Joplin is so blessed to have this amazing dermatologist!

Each person immediately put me at ease with their friendly & caring personalities. My concern was addressed & handled on my visit and clear follow up instructions were given. I have been totally impressed by the broad knowledge of Dr Phelan not just on dermatological issue's but his broad medical knowledge. He took the time to listen to my concerns with medication interactions and past issues and reassured me. To me, this is the most wonderful place to go for any and all dermatology needs. From the moment you walk in to check in and the short wait period to get to see the dr it's always been a good experience for me. Dr Phelan is very precise, thorough, informative, and actually amazing at his knowledge of skin cancer. It feels good to know he is always asking how I am feeling and looking at my skin even while I'm talking and he's listening. He has always suggested how to treat my areas so he doesn't have to cut in to my skin, now that's a very experienced and thoughtful doctor! I'm so glad I have this opportunity to be in good hands with him and his staff!

Dr. Phelan is phenomenal. So smart and takes a lot of time to explain and inform the patient and family during an appointment. Great person. Seamless process from making an appointment to picking up prescriptions.
