Well my daily rant for what it matters…pool update: got tired of the run around and terrible business practices I was getting from Southern Pools And Spas and their subcontractor telos enterprises and its owner(I guess) Michael with regards to our pool we bought from them that has leaked constantly since we got it(if it could leak it did) upon recommendation from a friend I called isaacs pools in Johnson city and they sent Nathan and his crew out this morning at 9. They cut concrete replumbed the whole system and replaced the skimmer(see pictures of old skimmer which was cracked and looked like it had been patched with goop and wrapped in plastic when it was installed) it took isaacs 4 hours including replacing the concrete they cut out. Pressure tested and totally replumbed. I know I don’t have many friends on here so please share this. I wish I knew of a class action lawsuit or something I could join in on against southern pools and spas. They do not stand behind their product at all and shift all responsibility to their subcontractor. They washed their hands of me months ago and I was sick to even look at my pool. Now it is filling up and I’m getting ready to turn it on and get it ready to use Monday. I appreciate isaacs pools for their strong work ethic and fast friendly service. southern pools and spas should be ashamed of itself as a business for what they have put me through. If you want it done right the first time for a fair price give isaacs a call they’ll treat you right!!

I could not be happier with the entire experience! Needed repair on my Hot Spring spa. Tracy and Donny were very helpful with the scheduling, and sent the guys out with all the correct parts to solve my issues. When Rusty and Brandon arrived, again I was pleasantly impressed. These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell right away these were the best people for the job! I wouldn’t consider using any one else to service my spa in the future! Thanks to you all!!

Isaacs Pools & Spas helped us with a very difficult situation. After another local pool builder started our project in 2021, they left us with a trashed backyard, empty frog pond and a dirt mound next to our house. The construction crew from Isaacs stepped in and saved us from our nightmare. Marty, Nathan and the rest of the team worked quickly and efficiently with great communication ever step of the way. They identified several glaring errors from the previous pool builder and worked quickly to correct their mistakes. We felt confident and comfortable from the first moment we met them and they delivered everything we discussed. After almost two years from the start of our project, we have had a great summer in our new pool! We can’t say enough positive things about Isaacs and highly recommend this wonderful company! You will find their crew very knowledgeable, professional and courteous!

We have had an awesome experience with Isaacs Pools. We are new clients and our pool was dark green. Our journey to a blue pool began on May 23. Our salt water, fiberglass pool was a challenge. No matter what we did, it would need yield. We had expert help from Heather and Cliff and always with a smile. Finally, the pool was conquered. We tried several fixes beginning on June 3 and today we have a beautiful blue pool.

I can’t say enough good things about Issacs Pools! From the moment I walked in they made me feel important and I was a priority to them. Heather was so unbelievably helpful! She went ABOVE and beyond to take care of me and make sure all my needs were met. She is so knowledgeable and professional. I have struggled to get my pool clear and in the past at other pool services; even though my water levels were good, the water was always so cloudy. When I met Heather she knew exactly what I needed for my pool to get it clear, so for the first time my pool looks awesome! I am so thankful! I won’t be going anywhere else for my pool needs!

Nathan and his team had our spa set up in no time. The location of install was somewhat difficult to access, but Nathan and his team had no trouble installing quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend! A+++

These guys are the best. They made an emergency vacuuming of my pool today so that my party tomorrow will be wonderful. They are always there when I need help or advice I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool and wants it maintained without any hassle.

My experience with Isaac’s replacing my pool liner this summer was really less than one star. I got a quote to replace my liner and placed my deposit mid-March with a second week of May install schedule. I understand that weather plays a factor in installation so when I didn’t hear from isaac’s the second of May I waited until late May to call them. I left messages for Marty with no return calls even though his answering machine says he will call by 9 AM the next day. To make a long story short they showed up the second week of July to install my liner but had to wait two more weeks on parts they didn’t have. If you decide to use Isaac’s to install your pool liner I would recommend making them add the installation date on the contract before paying the deposit. PS I’m not getting into a back and forth but my review accurate. I was told the two week delay was for skimmer plates not lights but either way it’s my understanding from your installers that skimmer plates and light plates are part of the estimate so it seem to me that the estimator would have looked at them and ordered up front knowing they were different. The only return call I received in a timely manner was when I called in and requested to talk to the owner which I was quickly given the runaround. I did receive a call back that day. Not from the owner though.
