We have used Central Washington Water for servicing our Hot Springs tub for several years. About a year ago it became time to replace it (after 30 years!). Because of the time of year, recent snow, and our location, we were concerned that they wouldn't be able to remove the old tub and bring in the new Hot Springs tub. We needn't have worried. It was all done in a matter of a few hours! We heartily recommend CWW!

Fantastic customer service! We actually received a faulty spa from Hot Springs, that constantly leaked. CWW attempted to fix locally, making several visits to the house, but was unable to. We understand that a leaking tub is incredibly rare, we were unlucky. The build quality on these spas is pretty incredible, so I suspect it must have been damaged in shipping. We had already waited a year for delivery, as the factory was back-logged due to the pandemic, so you can imagine we were pretty disappointed when we started experiencing issues. More so when we learned that the warranty replacement could be 5-6 months due to the factory still playing catchup. The team at CWW, and Lee in particular, went out of their way to try and rectify the problem for us. Ultimately Lee managed to get our placement into the production schedule much earlier than anticipated and we received our replacement a month later. Thanks to Ben, Dave & Uli for all their help. We love the hot tub, and the great customer service.

This is what Customer Service should be everywhere. Being fairly new to the area, I had driven past this company many times but had no idea what they did. While looking for a hot tub, these folks were hands down the most responsive, professional, and literally "down to earth". Always willing to discuss issues and address questions, reasonable in cost, and overall one of the most fulfilling retail experiences I've ever had. Great team and great approach to business.
