I lived here for about 6 months. It's pretty quiet for the most part. There are kids that play and there is a basketball hoop with benches they like to play at. The walls are fairly good. I am on the bottom floor but can hear my upstairs neighbors quite a bit. Also people running up and down the stairs have knocked a few things off my wall. They are all pretty much to themselves and there's usually not a lot going on around here. It's a great setting with some of the best views. Maintenance is good and the office manager has been switched out a few times. I can say they are usually not timely when contacting me. All in all I would stay if they don't up the rent when my lease is up just for the setting, it's a beautiful property.

The lady that manages the office at Cedarwood apartments was awesome! She was so nice and she helped my friend more than any other place around here has with information in a time where she was struggling. She was informational and knowledgeable and super helpful!

So. I moved in this summer. I truly lack the vocabulary to express how wonderful our new home is. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I'd also like to take the time to really praise Melissa for being so helpful and taking her time explaining everything we need to do to move in and even how to navigate the portal for us residents. It's clean, safe and our neighbors are wonderful as well. I genuinely love it here.

I've enjoyed living at Cedarwood for many years and I'm grateful for Melissa, our current manager. It's been an eventful year and Melissa has been personally involved in the work being done to improve and maintain the buildings and grounds. Also, each time I've had a concern, whether large or small, she has promptly and kindly responded to my concerns. I think Melissa is an asset to Cedarwood and I hope she's here long-term.

Melissa the property Manager is tr best property manager that I have ever had not only is she super fast at calling you back but also getting your problems fixed also. She does an outstanding job doing what she does best an That Is being communicative and to me not only as a resident here at Cedar Wood but just in general Melissa does go above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet here at Cedar Wood apartments.

There is not enough stars to rate appropriately our Property Manager Melissa. Professional, responsive, proactive, capable, caring…is just few adjectives i’d use to describe this lady. We are very fortunate to have you looking after our cedarwood community and you are a true asset to us, as tenant's, as well as Cedarwood apartments. What you bring to the table, aside from your knowledge, skills & devotion, is genuine care for your tenant's & this community. I’d like to thank you for being there every time we need something addressed, fixed, our safety and more than anything, thank you for being understanding and caring, and adding some humanity to the job you are doing so well. It is also always lovely to have a chat with you. Professionals like you is what makes Cedarwood a better place to live!!!!. Thank you & keep up the great work!!!

We moved in at the end of summer, we just love the place. It’s quiet ,peaceful and down to earth area. We especially want to give a shoutout to Melissa for helping us thru our moving in, she is what a property manager supposed to be professional, friendly and always willing to help.

Melissa and Jaeger were both unbelievable helpful with my situation and getting everything worked out for me. The whole complex is very nice and well taken care of as well. They were super quick to help me and my friend and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for places to live in Wenatchee.
