The property is beautiful. Cannot beat these views. The pool area feels like a resort. Patrick and Iris have been great from application to move in process. My dog loves just staring at the views along the ridge.

I came to your Liv Easy apartments, applied, and was accepted 3 hours later. We got our keys 3 weeks later and was able to move in on the date they gave us. The deposit was not pocket breaking, the apartments feel homey, it’s quiet, reasonably priced, and you can’t beat this view!! Iris went above and beyond for us and she truly is amazing to work with. She made signing our lease and moving in the easiest possible! Highly recommend these apartments.

I came to tour these apartments and really liked them! Annie and Iris have both been extremely helpful and quick to respond. The application process went very fast and I received my keys within the same week. I am excited to get settled and to enjoy the great views and amenities offered at these apartments.

Best staff at this place! Absolutely loved the mountain views and the fact there is TONS of storage! Apartments were beautiful, had some great features: I'm personally a fan of granite countertops & their new stainless appliances were a treat. Recommend if you need a place.

Patrick and Iris are great! They’re very helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Every-time I come to them with questions, they are happy to help and resolve an issue. They always have a smile on their face as well! The apartment community is amazing as well. No bad experiences here! New, up to date appliances, and well built apartment homes.

Iris and Patrick are wonderful at there jobs. They really know how to treat people well and was more than helpful with us moving our family into our wonderful home. They made us feel welcomed and get is the information we needed and were very responsive when we emailed or called.

Iris at liv easy was amazing! She provided the best customer service and kept us in the loop whenever she could and was very responsive and kind answering our questions. Liv has hired an amazing front desk and she is the best representative I’ve encountered in town!

My family and I came and toured these facilities and we were extremely impressed with this site. Everything was clean and very well kept. Loved how everything was laid out. Unfortunately ended up choosing not to live here because of a sudden job change that required relocating elsewhere.
