I had been to a few different jewelry stores looking for a new Movado watch band, with no luck. Every store wanted to send the watch off to Movado (or so they so.....). Stopped at Fast Fix Jewelry, not really expecting a different outcome, and left 10 minutes later with a new band on my watch. Price was reasonable, and I plan to do further business with Fast Fix.

This is my second post in less than a month. The first one was about a 1983 replacement high school ring that I ordered from a jewelry store based in California. But I brought it in to Fast Fix to correct the botched up inscription. I didn't return it to the store I purchased it from because of all the hoops they require you to jump through and their turn-around time was more than a month. Fast Fix offers amazing same day service! Now, this post is related to me having to get that same ring re-sized. Fast Fix did a great job with a challenging metal. And once again, it was same day service. This is important to me because I have to drive 2 hours one-way to Fast Fix. Not having to leave the ring saved me both time and money. Fast-Fix is the only jeweler I could find that didn't have a two to three weeks, or more, waiting list before they could do either job that Fast Fix did in an hour or less. Customer service is great. They seem to care and want to help. The big guy, the jeweler-- is fantastic went above and beyond! Thanks Fast Fix-- I'm a customer for life.

I had a fantastic experience with Fast Fix in Wolfchase. They were not only professional and efficient but their attention to detail was truly impressive. I took my vintage Hamilton watch in for a dial restoration. It took several weeks to complete, but the result was better than I had expected. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and take pride in their work.

A little pricey for a battery change but I couldn’t get it open. They have all the right tools. I have a five year warranty on the battery now. It was pressure tested for water resistance. It was my dad’s watch.

Dropped off my wedding band on a Tuesday (2023/09/12) to have a few diamonds replaced, received a text message on Thursday (2023/09/14) that my ring was ready for pickup.They don't call them fast-fix for nothing! Great team with a warm personality!!!

Fast-Fix lived up to their reputation… I am more than satisfied with the engraving done on my ring… the two ladies there were patient and attentive and above all, professional!.. I recommend all give them a visit!.. I normally don’t post reviews… you’re either legit or you’re not… this was the exception to the rule!

I had taken 3 watches in, 2 for batteries & one for a pin. After they examined the watch the 3rd watch wasn’t operating & they informed me before repair. They kept me informed of their progress & it was ready within the hour. I think they are a little expensive but hassle free. I still would return for any other jewelry repair.
