This was my first time donating and I had an adverse reaction towards the end of the process. The staff was amazing in getting me though it. My Tech recognized I was in trouble before I did and repeatedly questioned was I ok until I realized I was in fact not ok. Once I stated I was not ok and felt hot and like I would faint ALL the staff immediately jumped into action working to get me back to baseline. They were absolutely amazing. I appreciate the care. These ladies truly know their jobs and are very well trained. Despite my first experience not being as smooth as most I definitely will be returning. They provided me with educational advice on how to better prepare next time I decided to donate. I feel confident returning I will be in great hands!!!Thank you all!!!!!!!

Great place to donate plasma at. They are faster than the other places. Kimmy is friendly and funny, always seems to have a smile. The rest of the staff is professional and treats you with respect. There are numerous times the staff had me laughing.

Kelsey, Amanda and Summer were amazing. Kelsey hit perfect the first time, and was so sweet and kind. Honestly the whole staff is super nice! And good at their jobs in my opinion.

Kelsey was amazing! The staff was very kind and understanding. They made sure to get my boyfriend and I the best information on getting more money for donating since we are students and for referrals! Good atmosphere and for a new person here, we were finished much faster than other places I've been to. Highly recommend donating here!

Could be five stars if y’all would up your payments, and if your hours were longer specifically from 7 AM till 7 PM. Appointments need to be ended. Walk-ins is better for the one who donate.
