I live near Shreveport but Quilteroo's is THE place to take your Brother sewing machine for repairs. A shop in Shreveport had a 4 week wait time, a shop in Bossier City wanted $299 up front for repairs. The knowledgeable lady at Quilteroo's charged me $35 for repair and kindly worked on it first since I was from out of town. Two hours later it was done - it's rare to see this level of customer service anymore. What a great experience!

The ladies at Quilteroo's are the friendliest, yet most competent people I've ever done business with. They answer my questions with patience and knowledge, while never talking down to me. A beautiful store, it is a pleasure to visit.

Quilteroo's is a fabric shop with many activities and an amazing owner, Ms. Rhonda and her daughter, Melissa. I have a singer sewing machine and needed assistance on the tension and thread stitches, so I called them, and she told me that they service Brother brand but would take a look at my machine. I took it by and left it with them at around 10:30 a.m. and she called me around 1:15 p.m. the same day, and it was ready to pick up! Now, I can continue my sewing projects without waiting days or weeks to get my sewing machine repaired! Thank you for your hometown, friendly service!!

I'm visiting from out of state and try to stop at all the quilt shops I can. Quilteroo's has been one of the best! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their collection of fabric, patterns, embroidery and notions is top notch. They made me feel like family even though I was just passing through. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area. Locals are lucky to have such a wonderful place for creativity.

This is a wonderful place. Not the closest fabric store to me but it's worth the 35 mile drive. The staff is friendly and helpful, they repair machines, offer classes, are knowledgeable, and have a good selection. Highly recommended!
