As an avid real estate hobbyist and a resident of Natick for more than 3 years, I feel Deerfield Forest is a fantastic community to own a property in. The location, the school district, the “value for money” and a well planned floorplan are few of the many advantages I found here. Due to these, it’s very much possible that the real estate value might appreciate here in future. Even for rental, this community makes a great avenue - and I personally feel it hits you differently than the neighboring zip codes. I highly recommend someone trying to invest or stay here for a long term and raise a family.

My husband and I have lived at Deerfield Forest since July of 2016 and we absolutely Love living here! The condos here are spacious and updated and the landscaping is gorgeous! Everyone we talk to here is very friendly and we love living in Natick, so close to everything! This truly is a gem of a place to live!

Great value in living here. Very quiet and peaceful; this community is managed too good. I never had complains about snow removal, seal coating, landscaping, condo maintenance, pool maintenance. The location of this community makes it very safe yet convenient to commute to work and/or groceries. The community members are extremely helpful too. I have enjoyed every day I have been home here!

Having lived at Deerfield Forest for more than 15 years, I can confidently and strongly recommend it as a wonderful place to live. The management team is excellent and communicates well with the homeowners, the maintenance staff is extremely hardworking, friendly, and quick to respond to any and all needs, and the grounds are expertly designed and lovely. I have loved living here. I have always felt safe, and although there are over 300 units, I have never felt crowded or like I am living surrounded by people. It is a really nice community and I will miss it!

My daughter moved into Deerfield Forest Condominiums last year and could not be happier. Deerfield Forest is a beautiful, quiet, safe community that is extremely well-maintained, thanks to the diligent oversight of the property management team. With over 300 units and many buildings spread over a large area of land, it takes an extraordinary effort to coordinate maintenance activities among all the residents. John Wangler and his staff do an outstanding job maintaining the property and keeping the residents informed of any work that may affect their particular unit. I am thrilled that our daughter was fortunate enough to find her new home and move there.

I am a homeowner / resident and absolutely love living at Deerfield Forest. The property is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and the snow removal is organized and efficient summer is my favorite here, as I enjoy the pool and meeting other residents there. There has been a tremendous increase in our property values as the location can’t be beat; close to major highways, all imaginable shopping and within walking distance to the commuter rail.

I moved to Deerfield Forest in summer 2021 after reading several glowing reviews about the community. Since moving in I have been nothing but pleased with my choice to live here! The residents are very respectful and courteous and everything you need is right around the corner (24hr CVS, Roche Brothers, Natick Center, Natick Mall, Shopper's World, etc.). I'm thrilled I have made this quiet and peaceful part of Natick my home! The property management team does a superb job communicating with residents and they work very hard to keep the property beautiful, clean, and safe. I highly recommend this community!
