They always look out for my Si and Type R’s best interest at heart especially when I bring on the R. They get all googly eyed over it taking time out of their already busy schedules just to check it out in person and rightly so. I can’t blame them as it’s my baby, pride and joy. Thanks again to all of you as even if I was stranded or couldn’t bring one of my cars in, I was given lifesaving advice and comfort. When other mechanics or shops couldn’t resolve my Si’s a/c issues, you guy’s restored my A/C and nailed it in one session. Thank you for your accommodating, reliable and professional service. Liked how everyone was very nice and welcoming. While me and my friend was waiting for my car to finish being serviced we decided to look at a few cars, staff was very nice and helpful with the cars we were looking at especially one employee Niko. Very nice man, very connected with his costumers, knows how to engage with a customer, I would definitely recommend him if you were to buy a new car, Overall My Time there was spent well.

I always take my care to be serviced here because they are good. Lincoln is super helpful and super friendly, the whole staff is. I always take my car for my oil change since I have the program where it’s covered for a zero cost until I reach certain miles. My only thing is that since the first day that I took my car for the oil change they always rotated my tires and never charged me, but now when I go there is a fee to rotate my tires. I’m not sure if it’s because maybe that was included with my oil change for a certain time but regardless of that I still take my car there since it is closer to home and the staff are really great.

Being a fleet manager in any industry is a challenge. It's even a bigger challenge when you don't have a strong support system from a service center. Ocean Honda of Burlingame is definitely a service center that I would recommend. Alder, Lincoln and the rest of the representatives have always taken very good care of our service needs. Recently purchased a new car from Ocean Honda and had an excellent experience with our salesperson Nick! They were able to quickly get us in for a test drive and Nick was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features of the car. After deciding on the car we wanted, we anticipated waiting for a couple weeks for our color/model to arrive not being currently in stock, but Nick was able to get one us the same day. A month later, we love the car and overall had a great experience here!

Everyone at this location is very friendly & welcoming. They make you feel at home & take their time making sure you get the quality service. GM Anthony was really & made us feel like family. He went above & beyond in helping with choosing the right car for us. Daniel as well have us wonderful customer service & patiently took care of all the things that need to be done. I left my CRV with Ocean Honda for full service and was able to pick it up within two hours as promised. Service was excellent and service advisor Alder Lee’s friendly attitude was most impressive. I am very satisfied!
